If I were to use it on foam, I would not use it on styrofoam and As a result, it does not bend once it has dried. Whenever I want to join two solid items, this is the glue I use.

However, I would not be surprised if it were true if further verification can be found. The content here is awesome. There is no need to worry about it spreading elsewhere since it is thicker than ordinary superglue (although there is a gel version now) and easy to put where you want it. All Cyanoacrylate adhesives should have a similar strength, at least as far as strength is concerned.

The glue is good for mending ivory boxes with very thin sides, but not so good for mending orchid terracotta plant pots with damaged edges.
