The item was returned to the seller. The hair dryer was great, but the mirror in the bathroom was all scratched and there was no reflection. Disappointment was very strong in my opinion. Rather than order a Frozen set for the same price, I ordered a Frozen set that looks much better, I wish I'd noticed it earlier.

We bought this item as a gift for our three year old daughter for Christmas. I had tried it two days ago, but hadn't revisited it again until yesterday. It was a big hit at first, then not revisited until yesterday. It is a great shame we discovered that the blow dryer's blowing function (the only reason we bought the set) will no longer work. It appears that the interior light is still working. The batteries were still replaced to be sure the blower had enough energy, but that was not the issue. A blow dryer will be indispensable to this set in our house, otherwise we will not use it.
