The wood used is natural, and I like that about it. A design element I like is the latch and the somewhat antique look. It is seamless to fit the lid and box together, and the flag decor is attractive. It even comes in the right size. It's a great box with great workmanship. It is rare that I give reviews, but I felt compelled to do so given the quality of this product. One of the few things that could improve the design would be to add the words "God Bless America".
The box is so cute! My grandson can use it to store all of his military pins, because it is the perfect size. A set of ten pins fits easily in this slot. There are vivid patriotic colors on the exterior that make it stand out well made and sold. This is a well packaged and quick product that comes with a closure hook that seems secure enough for repeated locking and unlocking for quite some time. It came quickly as It was nice of you to give me such a nice.
The money I will save for an emergency is going to come from the memory box I received for Christmas this year. My husband said he wanted one for Christmas, and I came across this one, and he loves comments that the velvet encasing inside is nice and he likes the image and the texture on the box as well.

It is lined with black velvet type material on the inside. In this case, I will probably order another when I need another box of this type. He built it well, it is strong and thick.
