No damage was done to mine. It was not worn out during shipping nor did it sustain any damage.

Can the card be top loaded or is there a plastic sleeve on it?

In my case, the cards were packaged in a top loading plastic sleeve and then enclosed in a hard plastic

Do you get it ?

The answer is yes. This card came in a plastic protective case with a top loading mechanism.
