Questions & Answers

Do you think that two people could play together? What if there were only four?

There's no difference between playing with 2 or 3 or 4 players. However, playing with 4 players at once will be more difficult and potentially more dangerous if high-speed people are involved.

Would this game be suitable for travel on a plane?

There is no way to travel on a plane with Dutch Blitz. To set out 8 in a row, you will need a table or similar surface The game consists of 16 piles of cards which are constantly used. It is also very difficult to learn solely from instructions If you don't know how to play, learning from someone who does is the best option.

What do you do when you get stuck and no one has the right card to play?

By the rule, if you don't play a card on your turn, you burn one (take the top card and burn it, then put it at the bottom of the deck) and continue on your turn. I can't recall ever having the game come to a complete standstill this way, whether we were playing with two or four

This seems like a drinking game, but what kind is it?

There is no drinking game involved in this

The quality of the cards is very poor, but the game is very fun
3/5

We play two player a lot with my son, 12 years old. We have also played three player with my husband, but he got frustrated because he was the slowest player and always lost. The sport is not fun for him, even though he is a good sport. It is not as important to have a large number of players as to make sure everybody plays at about It is only with the poor quality of the card stock that I have any issues with this game. Playing cards get in very bad shape very quickly due to the great deal of shuffle needed and the slapping down of cards. As the game has only been in our house for a few months, the cards are difficult to shuffle because they pile To put things in perspective, my family has an addiction to board games, and after playing, caring for the components (most definitely including cards) is a necessity. As an enthusiast of this kind of game, I understand that it is important to keep the price point low and I don't expect top-of-the-line cards for this kind of title. Although it would have been nice to have at least Bicycle-quality card stock due to the rough handling required by Dutch Blitz. In its limited lifespan, it needs to be replaced after only a few months. If I have to pay twice as much as I want to get poor quality in the end, I'd rather pay more up front.

I rate Game ** 1 as 5 stars
3/5

A score of 5 is given for quality control. The game I play with my family is fast paced and fun. If there are only a few players, or if there are eight, it's not bad (but it has a tendency to get crazy quickly! Playing this game is a lot of fun. Rather than quality control, my issue is with the process. I think it is pail (green!). Red) and Carriage (dark blue). In theory, we should have got a set of yellow cards Could it be either the Pump or the Even so, playing the game is still fun, but the game becomes somewhat more challenging when you have to separate the cards at the end of each round. The customers who received two of the same set mean the game is unplayable, so I guess I should be pleased. The following update has been made *** I purchased a second card game from Amazon 3 days later (see, I love this Four sets of cards were included in the package, however they were all stuck together due to the fact that they appeared to have been packaged before the paint had Again, the surface of the cards was ripped when I peeled them apart. The quality of the product is poor.

When you get the hang of it, you will have lots of fun
4/5

As a counselor at a camp for children, I recently played this game early in the morning with my fellow counselors. The first few times I played, I was a bit confused about the rules, but once I got the hang of it, I enjoyed it a lot! Despite the card's old-timey appearance, the charm of this game lies in the fact that it is old-fashioned and nostalgic. I'm not sure how to describe the game, but it's like a mash up between Solitaire, Speed, and something else that I've not quite figured out how to describe. They make up a game that is a lot of fun at the same time as being competitive. If you don't like dealing with fast-paced game play and think on your feet, you will not enjoy this game. On the other hand, if you enjoy games where you cheer for wins and groan throughout losses, you should go all out. However, I'm sure you will agree that it's a little steep for what you're getting, but it's so fun that I could not resist ordering it for myself within 48 hours. As I return home from camp, I am very tired.

I urge you to buy it! The game is a huge hit with my family! There's a card game called Nerts that uses four regular decks of cards that is described as going in a similar direction
5/5

As I see this game, I refer to it as a multiplayer game There is a lot of excitement and fun involved with this fast-paced, four-player game of speed solitaire, which is easy enough for kids to play. When I play with my six year old, I have to slow down way too much because this is her favorite game. A version of this game comes in blue packaging as well. There is a version that looks the same, but the symbols on the back of the cards are switched around to allow for an eight-player I haven't tried that yet, but I'm sure it would be insane. For the price, I think this game deserves to be in your collection.

Play this game with four people for a great time
5/5

The last time I played this game was a while ago, and I remember the fun I had. I decided to buy it from a seller. There are elements of speed, solitaire, and Egyptian rat screw in it. I had a bit of trouble figuring out how to play it with just two players when I first opened it. It was a bit confusing at first, but I found it more fun and less confusing to play with 3 or 4 players until you get the hang of it. If you're looking for a family friendly game, you should give it a try, but it requires a little bit more skill than counting alone, so you probably want to start in 2nd grade Furthermore, you'll need a table, or I suppose you could play on the floor, but this game cannot be played in the backseat of a car. All in all, it's a lot of fun to play this game.

You might want to watch this video on Youtube You won't regret it at all
5/5

It's a lot of fun to play this game. The pace is extremely fast, so there are a lot of things going on at the same time. According to the instructions, the game is suitable for ages 12 and up, but we (adults) had a lot of trouble understanding how to play it. I wouldn't say that these are bad instructions, but you might learn more quickly if you google a two-minute video on "How to Play Dutch Blitz" and take a break between This is one of the most addictive games that you will ever play. It goes fast and sometimes you end up spending more time shuffling and dealing than actually playing the game, but it's an enjoyable experience. There are now more than four people who can play with the expansion pack.

This game has complex rules that can appear daunting at first
5/5

However, it is thrilling in the end. I feel like I'm playing speed, solitaire, and war all at once. There are multiple areas to work on at once for each player. Several card stacks are arranged in a common center area for all players. Each player has two piles of their own. The game moves pretty fast and there are many things to watch. There are two ways to gain points each round (I think) -- one is by adding symbols to your score. There is a little bit of math involved. As a group, we labeled our piles until we were comfortable knowing which pile goes where during play and in what order (descending numerically, ascending by a dutch boy or girl, or ascending by You need to take notice of a lot of things. I think we went through about three or four rounds before we ended up with A game of this type is probably best suited to children over the age of 10. It was engaging, there were a lot of laughs, and there were a lot of.
