This set includes a surprising number of entertaining play features as well as some truly exceptional figures. When I first saw this set, I knew it would be a must-have for me. It performs just as well as it appears now that I own it. My advantages and disadvantages are as follows: Advantages: br>br> br>The Ninjago line has always had interesting figures, but these are by far the most creative and unique I've ever seen Lego produce. I adore all of their details, especially Gravis (the psychic with the turban), whose lush dark red color scheme looks menacing, Jacob Pevsner (the Sargent Pepper Beatles figure), whose white guitar is a really rare element, and Bolobo the bearded fellow, who has a very cool feather strapped across his chest, as well as the gold Lloyd figure, which is also dazzling, and I can't wait to collect all four of these guys. Between the green scimitars, nunchucks, and spell-casting wands, there's a lot to keep track of. I haven't grown tired of playing with this set, which includes a book, magic blaster thingies, and daggers. The swirling energy field in which one of the ninjas can be placed is made of a nice hard and durable plastic that is sparkly, though it does not stand up well on its own. The set is enjoyable to construct and deconstruct, and it includes a plethora of uncommon parts that can be used in other ways. I like how Lego included a pair of roller skates in the set. Skates were worn, and a dagger was hidden inside one of the vases. The architecture of Japan appears to be quite impressive as well. br>br>Contrary to popular belief, there are a number of disadvantages to using this product. br>In this set, there are three things that irritate me. The first is that, while the set appears to be fantastic from the front, the back is incredibly plain (as seen in one of my photos). I wish Lego had added some texturing to the back of the set so that it could be as detailed as the front. Another annoyance is the small size of the balconies, making it difficult to fit more than one figure on each. This is unfortunate because, despite all of the set's play features, it will be more difficult to have the figures fight each other on the set. Finally, applying some of the stickers can be a pain. Fortunately, there aren't that many of them. br>br>Overall, this purchase has exceeded my expectations. I believe that the figures will become collector's items in the future, and that the set is a lot of fun to build and own. I can't say enough about how much I like this set.
Because the first one arrived opened, I had to return and repurchase a new set. The second one was in excellent condition, with no missing pieces. This was such a fun and exciting activity that my son and I couldn't wait to finish it. There was no headache because the step-by-step page book made it so simple and easy to understand. We sorted the pieces for each step, which made assembly a breeze; in fact, my 7-year-old could have completed the project entirely on his own! The Legos have triumphed once more! This is a fantastic purchase for a gift or a prize!.
The build is fantastic, and the minifigure selection for the 10th anniversary is by far the best!.
Every day for three hours. I believe it is appropriate for children aged 6 and up, provided they are willing to build it and have sufficient patience. My 6-year-old son did all of the work himself.
If you're looking for a gift or just want to buy some legos, I would highly recommend this set.
This lego set was requested by our 9-year-old grandson for a favorite show. He likes it a lot and had a lot of fun making it.
Playing with it is a lot of fun.
