She absolutely adores it and is overjoyed. br>br>Another reviewer expressed dissatisfaction with the pink frogs, but others adore them!.
br>br>It took about an hour and a half, and each step was clearly marked with a numbered bag, making it incredibly simple. I photographed each step of the process, but who knows if they will upload in the correct order. (Step five was skipped because I prefer a green tree. ) )br>br>It's worth noting that the LEGO Group is on a mission to produce all LEGO bricks from sustainable sources by 2030. Sugarcane is used to make three pieces in this set. (I caved in to peer pressure and licked one;) It had the same flavor as the other LEGOs.
Important foreword: This is a fantastic set. It's beautifully designed, and it was a joy to put together. a truly outstanding product Even after all of the hours and hours I've spent building in my life, this one just. . tier lego set in every way, and that's coming from someone who has built countless sets over 25 years of life, this one just. . I had a unique sensation. br>br>And boy, am I grateful that I was able to complete it and that none of the components were lost in the mail. br>br>All they did was slap a label on the lego box and ship it. Anyone selling lego sets for a profit should be aware that the boxes are not even close to being designed to withstand the inevitable pressures and risks of shipping. The box was battered, bent, and had the bottom panel open when it arrived. Six bags are included in the box, as well as two loose pieces. It's a miracle those two pieces didn't end up at the bottom of an Arizona UPS truck. br>br>The bottom line is that this is a fantastic set. This is incredible. If you're a Lego fan, this is a must-have. Buy it if you want something beautiful to put on your desk or display. Purchase it if you want a splash of color in your home or apartment. However, it is not available for purchase in this location. Go to the Lego store. If you have the option, you can go to a physical store. Because there's a chance it won't make it to you if you order it from this website.
A nice looking set, but BOY is it fragile. It fell apart at about a dozen different intervals during construction. While building or rebuilding, the bits that simulate rocks get in the way a lot. Instead of putting them in the middle as suggested, I would put them at the very end. The entire process took about an hour and a half, with reconstruction taking five to ten minutes. Once it's finished, it's a lovely piece, but I'm afraid to touch it again for fear of it collapsing.
The product is fantastic in and of itself. It was sent in a poly bag and shipped to me via USPS, which is a bad idea. As you can see, it was completely destroyed during transportation.
The instructions were simple to follow, and putting together the kit was enjoyable. I'm tempted to buy another one so that I can have a kit with both the standard green bonsai and the miniature green bonsai. br>br>Highly recommended for people of all skill levels!.
"Why would a grown man want to build a Lego set?" you might be thinking. " Helen, that's a question to which there are a million answers. I'm not going to ask my ex-wife why she left me over a text message. br>br>Anyway, if you just want a nice little display for your coffee table to brighten up your apartment, this isn't a bad option; it comes with the original bonsai tree kit as well as an alternative cherry blossom option, both of which look pretty good. The cherry blossom kit is my personal favorite because it is more vibrant. br>br>My build took about an hour and a half, but I was drinking and listening to smooth jazz to help me relax after a long week at work. The botanical collection, in my opinion, has a calming effect. br>br>So, this isn't a terrible Lego set. I would give it a 10/10.
The instruction manual includes a ton of fun ways to customize and build it! Maybe it's just me, or maybe it's because it's been a while since I built a lego set, but the instructions were a little difficult to follow at times, so I only gave it four stars.
