In addition to getting it a fourth time, my daughter did as well. Although she never used a pacifier while being a baby, our granddaughter does carry it everywhere as a precaution. We'd really like backups since they are misplaced numerous times. Soft is easy on the baby and toddler, and it is comfortable to hold.
There is not a great deal of thickness in the material, and I find it really complements how soft it is. There's no way my baby will like it, but I'll wish for it myself.
