Is it appropriate as a present for a one-year-old girl?
It's fine, but it's better for a family of four. 8 months. An activity block, or something more interactive, would be a good idea.
Do they seem to bounce around?
Some of them do. Don't do it. On the outside, they have various textures. However, I'm not convinced they were designed to bounce.
Is it possible to release the inner ball by opening the cage ball with the interior ball inside?
No, no, and no! It's an excellent set of balls.
Is there anything I can get for my kid soon?
I bought the Sensory Balls for my 7-month-old son. Each ball has a different texture, and my son immediately noticed that something was different. From all of the other items in the toy basket, these colorful balls appear to be the favorite to play with at 12 months...the sensory balls one or more are great...

The variety of sizes and textures is appealing to me. Variation in color and shape is nice. I'm not sure how long they'll last with regular use because they're soft. My grandson visits from out of state once a month. I'm not sure if he'll be able to keep his teeth from popping out.

They are adored by both the parents and the child. I like that there are a variety of textures for her to experiment with. If you own a dog, be careful. It's possible that the dog mistook it for a new toy. lol.

Baby approved as well as baby tested! These were purchased for my grandson, and he absolutely adores them! It's possible that you'll have to wait until the box is dumped and you can start playing
