The loops are 100% cotton with lycra selvage and are 100% cotton with lycra selvage and are 100% cott They are completely washable! They should not bleed if washed with cold water. We've heard from a restaurant in Harrisville that washes them in hot water and has received no complaints. Making a rug looks like a lot of fun!

Two pot holders can be made from the single-color bags, which cost around $15. Eight pot holders can be made with the LOTTA loop bags (marked as LOTTA). I hope that this information has been beneficial. Kristin from Kristin's Great Finds is the author of this article.
As stated, this bag makes 8 potholders, so I believe they are attempting to demonstrate all of the colors. I'm not sure if there are exact amounts for each color, but they all work well together. I made eight different patterns, and when it came down to the final one, I just used whatever was left.

I adore the autumnal hues. Having said that, the colors aren't evenly distributed. Look at the picture I took. To compensate for the single flax loop, I ordered a bag of flax. With the flax bag, I was able to make several potholders that turned out beautifully, as well as cards with the color names for future reference. Because the photos (and my photo) do not show up well online, I have a hard time distinguishing the dark colors.
These are of excellent quality, have a consistent size, and fit the frame perfectly. And while weaving, the frame really holds on to the loops. Even the final few loops, which are always the most difficult to complete. Only when I was finishing and removing the frame did loops pop off. And that problem would have been solved if I had read all of the tips and instructions before starting. Excellent product, advice, design ideas, and directions. I'm going to buy a lot more loops just because they were so much fun to work with and the results were fantastic.
They are, however, quite costly, and it should be noted that the colors are not guaranteed to be evenly distributed. I recently purchased a bag in which 25% was one color (12 colors in the bag) and 2 other colors were each about 2% of the mix! Following contact with customer service, they offered me 10% off a future purchase and suggested that I purchase a small bag of only the color I was missing. Each pot holder costs twice as much in the single color bags! So there was a joke there. They eventually agreed to make it right after more haggling. This isn't a service that caters to customers. They are not a friendly company, and they are not adaptable to customer needs. Regrettably, they are the only company I've found that produces good, high-quality all-cotton loops. This is especially true in the 10" size.
I believe these loops are of the highest quality I've seen, with few missing strings. The colors disappointed me, but I must admit that it was my fault for not checking the colors before purchasing this pack. Overall, this is a great loop collection. They are, without a doubt, quite costly. Another point on which I would like to make a comment. It would be nice if the bag came with 27 loops of each color. At the very least, one side of the 10" loom would be filled with this. There were 68 loops in one color and only 21 loops in the other. It would have been great if there had been a little more consistency. I'm sure I'll buy more because I'm hosting a Tea Party for some little girls, and I'd like them to make potholders as our day's craft. I really wish they were a little less expensive!.
Making potholders and coasters is fun, but I'm finding that some colors come in a lot and others don't. The Designer package consists of the following items. If it were multicolored, that would be fine, but this is a specific color scheme that needs to be divided more evenly. I got over 50 of some colors and only 20 of others, but they are all very nice classic colors. Very disappointed; for the price (which I am willing to pay), the colors should be better blended. If you know exactly what you want, it's better to buy the colors separately.
These cotton loops are ideal for weaving pot holders. Period. Your potholders will last for years if you use these. I believe there is a stray string in each loop due to the manufacturing process. After I've decided on a pattern and colors, I take a few minutes to trim the loops I'll be using; this has helped keep those loose strings from unraveling while weaving. br>br>Sorting the loops by color will take a few minutes. I'm guessing the randomness of the machine process doesn't yield exact amounts in each bag, so the amount of each of the eight colors won't be equal.
They are not colorfast and will run if you soak them in plain water for a minute. Contact surfaces are stained when the loops are wrung out and set somewhere to dry. These are far too costly to use in the creation of something that can't be washed.
When I first emailed the company, they quickly responded with additional loops. I didn't write a review because I assumed it was a fluke. I decided to write a review after it happened again (this time with a different color). Despite the fact that both packages of LottaLoops were ordered on Prime at the same time, they arrived on different days. br>Quality control was a little disappointing in terms of the quantity of loops in two different packages (Brights and Designer), but the product was fine otherwise.
