Simply because they falsely advertise the presence of storage compartments, I am giving them a one-star rating. At least one marker rolls onto the car floor whenever my child requests a new sheet of paper.
This makes transporting the color wonder pages easier (than if they were loose), but I was expecting a holder for the pens inside, which there isn't. In addition, beneath the spot where the child is supposed to clip the paper, there is an embossed logo. color. This may seem petty, but it messes up the drawing for my children. It appears that it could just as easily be placed on the back, leaving a smooth coloring surface! In general, it was satisfactory. I would have preferred it if it had been less expensive; for the price I paid, I expected more comprehensive convenience.
The only issue is that she loves them so much that she will write all over herself, including her legs, face, clothes, and even the wall. We had decided that she couldn't have them any longer because they were always a disaster, so I figured it was worth a try. Oh, my goodness, I'm overjoyed with these! She grabbed a marker and attempted to write all over her feet as soon as I opened them. Nothing! There isn't a trace of it! And she made a valiant effort, to say the least! I'm looking forward to trying out the paint set soon, and I've already purchased a few more as gifts. The only drawback is that this set isn't a coloring book; instead, it's a book of blank pages, so if that's what you're looking for, look elsewhere. But for us, it's been fantastic because my daughter still gets to color and she doesn't turn blue at the end. It's a must-have for parents with small children. You will not be sorry!.
Color wonder has been my favorite for years because of the lack of mess. The interior compartment is large enough to hold the included coloring book (blank pages for kids to draw whatever they want), four included markers, and another small color wonder book of their choice. It is a huge hit with my son. The only thing that makes me nervous are the front latches. They're a little difficult to open when they're brand new, and I'm not sure how long they'll last if they're constantly opened and closed.
I really like how clean everything is. br>We prefer loose pages; the two-year-old draws one squiggle on each page of a coloring book. br>br>This isn't accompanied by a mess-free guarantee. Markers are available for free.
I'm not sure why I thought these would look like paintbrush bristles. They're nothing more than a marker tip that's been extended. Don't get me wrong, they're fantastic, and my son adores them. I was just disappointed that I had to pay more for them when he could still use his old markers. br>br>Product still does what it says; however, I don't believe these will look exactly like "painting. " My four-year-old, who suffers from sensory issues, adores the actual paint brushes and enjoys watching the bristles spread out. br>br>Apart from that, the "brushes" have a nice design, but the tip is not. I wish the lids had a storage space because they work well and are convenient for travel. They strew across the interior of the vehicle.
I ordered this for my toddler (20 months old) because her older siblings were getting the pipsqueaks travel set and I wanted her to be able to enjoy art on the go without having to worry about her drawing on her clothes, my car, or the car seat. I was very pleased with my pipsqueaks purchase, especially the way each marker was held in place and the variety of colors available. The size of the paper and how simple it is to use. That's a great product, and this one could learn a thing or two from it. It came with four or five colors, as well as a book of special paper that could only be used on one side. So I have to rip out a sheet (it doesn't have perforation, so it tears zig zag crazy and not easily) and hand it to my toddler, who then drops and loses the markers all over the place because there's nothing holding them in the kit. The only improvement I would make to this kit is the addition of a clip for holding the paper in place outside of the box, similar to how a clipboard would be used. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it, and I believe they could offer a lot more color variety for the same price.
This item worked as expected; the markers worked well on the paper, and everything was neatly stored in the case. It was nice to have a flat surface to draw on while in the car with the kids. Another advantage is that there are no stray marker lines to clean up. I've already bought more markers so that when the first ones run out, I'll be ready to fill the case with them.
