At the dollar store, you can buy a bucket of chalk like this. As you can see from the photo, the pieces are normal sidewalk chalk sizes (not jumbo) and the colors aren't as vibrant as they appear in Get the Crayola chalk instead and save your money.

Investing money in something that isn't worth it does not pay off

The item I bought at the dollar store could have easily been purchased there. In the end, I am highly disappointed since I ordered it online for something my kids can do outside and for the summer. I do not like going into stores, and this order was definitely not worth the money I spent on it!.

I am so glad I bought it! It is just the right size for a 2 year old to handle this with ease, as it is big and chunky, which helps them get a solid grip on it without breaking it. The paper is soft enough that he doesn't have to press too hard to draw. However, it's not so soft as to crumble after the The next time I buy, I'm definitely going to buy more. Mama here is a happy one.

Street chalk is one of our favorite things. Whenever possible, my husband and I take our granddaughters for a walk. Every time one of our neighbors is away, we like to leave him or her a positive message. I like it a lot. As soon as there is a rain storm, the chalk comes off.

The sidewalk is smooth when the tire goes in. In addition, I am dissatisfied with either the color or lack thereof and the fact that EVERY single piece of chalk broke into two or three pieces when the bucket was dropped for the first time.
