This product is so easy to use and is so easy to assemble that my wife and I have been using it since it was delivered. They are many and varied in my collection. I was not expecting the inner wires to be as thin as they are. You can see it bow with one finger by pushing down at the center of the shelf. I ordered from the seller about a week and a half ago and it has yet to arrive. I see that they were out of stock. They are waiting for a new shipment to arrive so they can ship again. Fed Ex shipping labels were created by the seller, giving the impression that the shipment had been shipped and Fed Ex was in possession. As I continued to monitor FedEx's tracking webpage (for at least a week), it said "Shipping label created, FedEx awaiting shipment. ". When I contacted the seller early on in the process, they said Fed Ex had received After ordering the items (that were considered "in stock"), I finally received the package roughly four weeks after ordering. When I opened the first box (of four), I was very disappointed with what I found inside. In what others have mentioned, the steel is light/flimsy, and it is hard to say that even if they could, any of the shelves could hold the weight Thus, I proceed to put the first one together and unfortunately experience a problem from the beginning. In addition, the grooves in the uprights are not deep enough, and the plastic holders that go around the uprights do not have enough protrusions to match. Thus, the holders do not lock into place, will slide down the uprights, and the shelves will tilt and slant. In an effort to prevent the plastic holders from slipping down, I duct taped under each one (after failing with customer service from the seller). The first one, I still regret, was completed and sent to the seller.
Anyway, I contacted the seller and offered Thirty dollars were offered to me. They asked me to keep them for the hassle factor and for the hassle factor alone. The item was returned and I said no. The UPS person told me I had to give each unit a label. They sent me one return label (for 3 units) and I took it down to UPS. As I had opened and built the first one, I was only going to return 3. Even if the first one had been repacked in its original box, there is no way that all its parts would have fit back there. The box in which they come cannot be opened without destroying the contents. This whole situation turned into such a hassle that I finally just gave up and kept them, which I think is pretty much what they wanted What did they offer in the form of $ 00? (Against a $450 payment. It was a $100 purchase) I declined and walked away. Overall, Amazon was only somewhat helpful throughout the whole process. In spite of this, they refused to accept them back because they were sold by a second party seller. I appreciate your help a lot. The racks are nothing more than cheap rubbish. Buying the same thing they sell at Home Depot would be a wise move. It's about the same price, they're substantially stronger, they'll replace them if needed, and they'll gladly take returns. Home Depot has problems stocking the casters, but I bought a bunch here on Amazon and they were in stock and delivered quickly.

Anyone needing a shelf, that can roll out of the way or be pushed up against a wall when not needed, yet is easy to move to get at anything on the shelf, will find this product helpful. Although it cannot move without wheels, the adjustable stand can hold a lot of weight and it is still able to hold quite a bit of weight without the wheels. With the wheels, it can take about 500 lbs of weight, so it can still handle quite a bit of weight.

FELT EASY TO BEND. I regret to inform you that the metal in the picture is very cheap. As soon as a rubber mallet is tapped on one of these shelves, they bend. If I had not had to have it for a project, I would have returned it. I would not recommend this product. There are other metal shelving units in my house and none of them have any of these issues. In the meantime, my shelves are dents and bent in places across the board. A WARNING TO THE BUYER.

Because of the additional shelf, the extra height, and the casters, I would call this the "best in class" for units of this size. It is easy to move the units with the casters because they roll smoothly, lock securely, and allow easy maneuvering.

I made these wire shelves from coat hangers, and they are very light. There are other wire shelving units that have wires twice as thick as the one I just purchased. Even at this comparatively low price, I would not buy this item again.
