The caps are interchangeable, but I am not sure about the food grade.
Is it possible to hold liquids with these and prevent spills?
There is no way they can prevent spilling liquids. In the top of the container, there is a squeeze mouth where you can drop in items like a screw or a bolt. It is not possible that these bottles will leak if they are placed on their side

This item has a number of problems. It emerged from the kitchen cupboards with a caustic, toxic smell, so I used it to store kitchen items. Two, you have to poke your fingers under the top in order to put any items inside since you can't remove it! There's nothing rational about it. In addition, I just learned that the pickup at my house is no longer free. I'm supposed to go to a UPS store in the middle of an epidemic of out of control at 76 years of age. The Amazon team thanks you. Buy this item at your own risk. It's a waste of space and makes my kitchen smell bad.

It is very useful in the garage for storage / organization. I bought it as a gift. I like how the canister is made of clear plastic, allowing you to see what's inside. Should I need more in the future, I will purchase more.

What the hell are they good for? What are you trying to accomplish? Considering that I'm replacing an old piece that broke in the course of work, it seemed like it'd be a cute replacement. My possessions now consist of four items that I lack any use for. Can they take advantage of an unused drawer to hold a half dozen pencils? This is worthless.

I think these are worth taking a look at for anyone involved with telecommunications or satellites since the connectors fit these well, F- It is easy to fill and use these 8-1 , zip ties, screw clips, they fit in just about any working bag or Arial canvas bag and works great to hold screws for woodworking I have been purchasing these since 2007 and will continue to do so.
