The answer is yes. Nylon is what this is made from.
As far as I know, it's one size fits all. The only negative thing about it is that it only has 2 openings, I'd have preferred 2 more at the end of the support.

It was a bit hesitant at first, but I decided to give it a try anyway. Resulted in rapid relief of back pain. I would recommend it to anyone who wears duty belts!.
As they seem to keep coming undone on chairs and other items, I recommend wearing belt stays (keepers) with the buttons on your body and not on the outside of your belt.
