Does the cushioning on the seats feel rubbery?

The rubber is real. Replace the new seat and spring after removing the old ones. Remove any remaining water from the valve interior, and clean the interior prior to replacing the old ones.

My faucet was leaking, so I watched a YouTube video on how to fix it. My apartment manager can't fix this faucet all day long and I can't stay home all day waiting. I found a piece and spring that matched the piece in this kit in my faucet. I was able to do this. The set comes with two bottles of each type. In case of another leak, I have a couple of boxes of these in my medicine cabinet. Taking five minutes to fix the leak was no problem. This is so nice to have.
