How should we send out drywall? What paper grid should we use?

ALL I DID WAS buff the foil to a shiny sheen. I got a pack of 120 grit, but all I did was buff it to a shine. A score of 80 is needed. * The 400 grit, clumping article I read was completely false. This didn't happen because the tool was wet with Spackle or Mud. A sander only does one thing, sand. 80 grit is not included, but you will need to purchase it for $15. BTW, mine doesn't shock me while I am using it in my tub and For the sake of testing, I pulled the coil out and put it back in. The rating I give it is This is an 8 out of 5 star rating. Despite being filled with 120-calorie packs, it still works perfectly A 400 grit wheel can't be used by anyone most of the time. Must spend an additional $15 in order to get the work done. The 80 grit is a coarse.

Can the bag be removed in any special way? What if I wanted to hook the machine up to my ?

Thank you for your purchase. If you already own it, I apologize. That it should have done. A random orbital sander from Home Depot would have done a better job and would be easier to use with The only way to connect to it in the USA is with duct tape

Discs are worn out and I need new ones. Papers should not be used for sanding. An all-new Can you tell me where I can find ?

The company sells those on Amazon

What do you mean by stipple?

The term "stipple" is unfamiliar to me.

You can use this drywall sander if that's what you need

Taking this one into consideration should be a double-edged sword. There are some issues with this product that should be considered, even though it is a good value for the price. As far as the slowest speed is concerned, it is still too fast. I would suggest it shouldn't go over A second rule of thumb is that a grade of sandpaper higher than 400 grit will likely remove all My best results were when I used this with 400 grit that was somewhat worn. A test with 240 did not answer the question. Fourth, the design of the vacuum suction system is flawed, and it may not work as advertised. Due to the centrifugal force, the dust gathers in the holes and falls out when the lid is tipped. On the catch plate, there is also a decent amount of dust. A lot of dust falls out of the sander when you stop and tilt it down. Also, this sander should have an antistatic hose -- otherwise, there is no way it could function. The thing will shock you nonstop if you don't have anything to ground yourself in. Moreover, some minor issues are present, including the following It is not quite as quiet as it should be. The sanding pads that came with it were curled up, and the switches are not as smooth as they.

Let's get to the bottom of this
5/5

There were so many reviews that I went through. My usual practice is to go through reviews with one star and read the majority It wobbles, has bad suction, and is not compatible with shops-- these were some of the complaints It's a shock to use the vacuum, and it's a shocking sensation to use My favorite thing about this tool is first and foremost its simplicity. It is simply impossible to beat the price. Let's get started. Here are some important points on 1. Basically, how it works. If you notice a wobble, it doesn't necessarily mean the manufacturer screwed up or the product is bad. It could have been damaged during shipment. When receiving a package, be sure to inspect it the moment it arrives for any defects and return it via Amazon for a free refund or replacement should there be an issue. Whether you got yours from Amazon or the delivery company, if you receive another one with a similar issue, you should reach out to them. The shipper is more likely to mishandle your item than Amazon or the manufacturer. Since Amazon doesn't send junk, more than likely it is the shipper who caused the problem. The second point is not a bonus. The suction was bad. A bad vacuum is not necessarily the fault of the tool or the grit size you're using, but if there is no suction, then the drywall is damp or the vacuum is broken. If you are using a shop, make sure it is large enough The vacuum should be equipped with the appropriate dust collection bag. It is more likely that your problem is that you are not performing this task. Three, the last point. The shop does not have an adapter I took a vaccine. It is possible to find adapters out there, but you must search Home Depot carries a Ridgid VT1755 3 piece hose adapter set that you can use with your vacuum and tool with very little effort or glue. Either will work. I like the fit because it's snug. The shock issue is the last to be addressed. A number of reasons contribute to the shock issue. There are several potential problems caused by your vacuum and tool having no ground prong. The vacuum cord might not be grounded, the circuit it is plugged into may not have a ground or there may be excessive static from local conditions and the fact that it is made up primarily of plastic. got a few shocks at first, but then I changed my vacuum and it went away, as well as the weather conditions and the electrical at the next job were better. Using rubber coated gloves is a good idea if necessary.

This is a great product. Sure, it can be improved, but what can't be changed.

The product is cheap junk and a complete A very cheap entry level drywall sander, and you can tell
3/5

Despite its shoddy construction, it wouldn't even be able to Afterward, it would leave half-moon shaped grooves in the drywall mud, which would be impossible to repair. Furthermore, the speed starts out quite fast and goes even faster to the point that putting a 40 grit sanding pad on it would turn it into a world-class stump grinder if you looked away to sneeze for a second. Moreover, the bristles on the little broom that surrounds the sanding pad are so close to the commode that they literally melt away under the sand paper, leaving behind a lump of plastic that has become a solid lump. I believe this device is a total waste of money, as the motor vibrates like a paint shaker before it explodes. In my opinion, it does not serve its original intended purpose but merely serves as a distraction. There is a serious lack of intelligent design and construction in this product. It has an odd ergonomics that makes it very cumbersome. It comes with a plastic dust bag as well, but that is of no use either. You can think of it as using a strainer for cereal. In the hopes of getting a quick buck, this junk is mass produced and put on the market in cheap quantities. It does not seem that end users are actually being taken care of.

Do you want to buy a DIY project? Do What is your opinion of this product? Is it something a contractor should use every day in the field? I am not sure
5/5

A tool like this is better suited for busy homeowners who have little time for DIY projects. I'm the one in the picture! I used it for walls in my basement and in my kitchen and dining areas, and so far, this has been the best investment I've ever made. Hand sanders are what I used in my basement to start sanding. It takes a lot of time! So I got this guy, finished my basement, went up, and sanded, patched, and re-plastered it In just 4 hours, I had enough sand to cover my dining room and kitchen. In the end, waiting for the mud to dry was the most difficult part. I mean it. I was really disappointed in the condition of the walls (there were several drip marks on the walls, there were joints showing, there were nicks/dings, and just all-around a bad We just painted the walls and the wall feels so smooth. I cannot wait to paint them! This was evidently not good for edges/corners, which also looked awful. The sander I use for that is different. The software turned out to be a great decision and I'm glad I just bought it and figured out how to use it. I think you will find it very simple. Never having used a power sander before, I was worried that all I would do was damage my drywall. The situation did not pose any danger. You can use the tool by keeping your hands all the way on the handle/grip. Since I have a habit of holding up my pinky away from the rest of my hand when I pick up objects, I have felt the electric shock a couple times. It can either be that, or you can just buy some rubber gloves as one guy suggested. Even though I'm an electrician, the small shock didn't scare me, but I still grabbed some gloves just to ensure I was not distracted from.
