Can this drill be powered by the same battery as the Dewalt drill (DCD996B)?

On my other 20v tools as well as on this tool, I also use a 20v battery. My whole 20v tool set ( 9 ) runs on the same battery since I'm a contractor.

What is the brushless motor like?

There is no mention of brushless motors in the specs for this drill. It's pretty good, but does a lot of work!

The torque is superior and the battery is longer lasting

It has replaced a Milwaukie 12v right angle drill with ease, and I can state without hesitation that this DeWalt is superior in every aspect. The charger charges quicker, has greater torque, has a better trigger feel, and is built more solidly.

The staff at Imperial Industrial Supply are very knowledgeable and courteous! The tool is a 20v Max from DeWalt! Having said that, I must emphasize During my time with Imperial Industrial Supply, I was very impressed! Despite my frustrations, the tool showed up six days earlier than Amazon expected! I give it five stars!
