The situation is stiff
3/5

With this unit, the spindle was unseized with the help of a wrench and heat. There wasn't anything cold in our shop (had sat at room temperature for a day) but it Eventually the bearing started spinning but not very cleanly (sounds like grit in the bearings). I'm not sure what kind of grease is inside or if it was exposed to overly moist, but it eventually spun. The tool resisted weight reasonably well, and for the small lathe on which it is employed, we will be able to use it for non-precision In the end, it is reasonable for the price (aside from the seized bearing, a product at least needs to meet the basic operational.

The ability to endure With this thing, I can hold my work on a spinning lathe and put a lot of pressure on Despite squalls from time to time, it spins nice and true so far
5/5

My expectation was that it would not last for a long time.

We are happy with the live center
5/5

I really like it. The cooling system is smooth, quiet, and efficient. There has been no indication that the bearings have been heated. This is exactly what I was looking for.

I give it five stars
5/5

The only downside is that it's a little.

Thanks for getting back to me! As a result, the bearings turned coarse when loaded, were packed with sand, and remained inaccurate even with lubrication
3/5

Within days of receiving it, I submitted the return request to Amazon.

Rubber seals made from fake rubber
4/5

When I took the cone out of the box, it did not turn. After I applied some force, it began to turn normally. As I removed the ring that covered the bearing (by hand, it was not tightened) I found a rubber (or PVC) seal. Seals have an inner diameter of 1 inch This is a diameter two mm greater than its corresponding diameter on the cone As a result, the bearing is not protected by the seal and is a fraudulent product. Even if the bearing itself does not have a very high standard of sealing it will probably be good enough for the task. Installing a self-hosting solution seems to be the best way for me Instead of using a rubber ring, a felt one was made. the rest appears to be pretty good and precise, and the turning is smooth. This center is performing its duty and looks like it will last for more or less as long as it is needed.

It took just a few months for bearings to fail
3/5

The bearing stack was defective after a couple of months and has excessive runout. It looks like I will have to eat it. I can't find a way to return I advise you NOT to buy this product.

Whenever they are on sale, they are great value
4/5

It is about two thirds the price of Harbor Freight , and I got it on sale. With my Sears/ Atlas lathe, the #1 taper shaft fits seamlessly into the tailstock.
