Buying Rayzist original parts has always been my preference
4/5

I currently own a Rayzist Sandblast Cabinet. You can find Rayzist original parts at a much lower price than Rayzist Although Rayzist parts are fantastic in quality, they DO come with a hefty price tag. The Shipping is incredibly expensive and the price of the products is outrageous. This cost me four times as much as what I paid. operate a fairly busy sandblasting business, and we go through a lot of tips. This upgrade tip was priced at a fraction of what I could get through Rayzist. I was also able to order the shipping for a quarter of the cost. Despite the fact that I have noticed little wear or expansion in the exit hole, I have noticed a significant amount of expanding of the tip at the inbound end. I get equal wear on both sides in this situation, but it is not usual for me to get this. A 120-watt light bulb is my preferred choice The aluminum oxide blast media has a grit of 220. The product is great and I recommend it especially to other people. Additionally, I see that these products are no longer available on Amazon just a few days after I purchased them.

As far as I can tell it has worked just fine using 120 grit garnet and aluminum oxide
5/5

There has been no wear to speak of, in contrast to ceramic head nozzles that wear out within a few hours. I just bought another one to be safe. Furthermore, the material holds its shape much better and takes less air, so I don't have to run my 60 gallon compressor Because it is exactly what I have been looking for, I rate it 5 stars.

A great alternative at a very low price
5/5

The 150SC has been used for 9 months and only recently is displaying signs that it needs to be replaced. The blasting has lasted for hours and hours, and I've been happy with it. There are three types of materials glass, metal,.

The paint does not last
3/5

I am a professional sandblaster, and I blast with 180 grit silicon carbide. After about a year, the paint has faded. After 4 hours, the hole now measures more than twice as wide, indicating that this nozzle will not remain as useful for very long as the usual ones I As a result, there is less material to support the entry hole than the exit hole, so there is less material to hold up the exit hole. This type of nozzle isn't as strong as a Tungsten Carbide and can't replace a hard cobalt In comparison to ceramic nozzles, which are the softest material, it reminds me of it. photo, the nozzle on the left is this one and you can tell how much wear it already has after only 4 hours. The nozzle on the right is brand new and you can see how small the entry hole is and how thin the wall If you are considering Boron Carbide as a bargain, I hope this information is helpful!.

Fits a Bpot Blaster from Harbor Freight
5/5

fits my Harbor Freight blaster, but if you plan to put aluminum oxide media in it, the hole is too small. If soda works with the tip, I suspect that it is possible.
