You can find your Sanders replacement pad on Porter cable's website by searching for the part number
As far as we know, the 13700 pad is not pierced with holes.
The 7424 is not something I know. I have a model 7335, and it works great.

I found a solution. Back then, Porter Cable was the best tool company. I bought my random orbit sander when Porter Cable was the best. Dewalt bought my company, so after purchasing some excellent tools from me, I am frustrated that I cannot find replacement parts, but they won't function until they are repaired. It worked at least for this part. I have a lot of issues with Dewalt for what you've done to professional tools, and I'm not planning to use your tools at all unless I cannot find some alternative tool that's as good as yours. It's pretty much the whole world that I'm looking for tools because those companies produce excellent tools and are much less predatory than their domestic counterparts.
When I found this part number and found this product to be sold here after my old pad finally wore out and flew apart when I was working on a project. I received the order in two days, installed the item on the Porter Cable, and was back to work in no time at all.
This is good, I really liked it when I bought it last time I kept using the OEM and it wore out very quickly so this time I decided to spend a little bit extra and get the Porter Cable.
After a while, the urethane foam pad started to degrade Foam expands like all other things do. In contrast to the original yellow, this one is black. It works the same! The perfect translation.
The instructions do not mention what you'll need for this, so let me let you know you'll need a thin 9/16" open-ended nut This end wrench is used to hold the mounting piece in place. The wrench I used was pretty thin (thinner than most) and it was very difficult to fit it in there. When you have something that is very flat (no more than 3/16"), then you won't have any problems. The existing pad goes out, and the new pad goes on, and you're good to go. There seems to be a factory in the area Originally written on tablets.
It has been about 20 years since my Porter Cable random orbital sander[#7334] was purchased, and I still use it for all sanding projects. After the pad finally wore out, I was afraid I would not be able to replace it since it was so old. A search on Amazon led me to this item, which I ordered. There are no problems with it and it works well.
I went through two cheap ones. Invest in this one and save your time and money.
Item fit the sander as planned, however no threads were present for the screw to be attached. The quality control is pretty poor. In deciding whether to send it back and incur the hassle and expense or to thread it on my own and risk damaging it (I'm not very experienced with taps and dies), I studied both possibilities. My own threads turned out to be a great choice, and it worked out well. I had no problems with it other than that.
