Product Description

By entering your model number, you can make sure that this fits.
A total of 84 sanding pads for woodworking are included, with 12 pieces of each grit: 40, 60, 80, 120, 180, 240, and 320 grits. To make identification easier, the grit number is printed on the back of the mouse sanding sheets.
There are 7 grits of mouse sander sandpaper available, ranging from coarse to fine, to meet almost all of your general polishing needs. Triangle sanding pads are commonly used to grind and polish metals and non-metals, wood, rubber, leather, plastic, stone, glass, and other materials.
Mouse sandpaper is made of high-quality alumina oxide grain and is antistatic and durable, making it ideal for sanding and polishing small craft projects like furniture legs, cabinets, doors, tight corners, décor, and craft items. To get a clean and smooth surface for staining or painting, use these mouse sander refills when refinishing furniture and craft projects.
The detail sander sandpaper will not fall off during use because of the hook-and-loop attachment to the mouse sander.
The mouse sander sandpaper is 140 * 90mm in size and comes pre-punched with 5 holes for dust extraction, making it ideal for use with 140mm detail sanders. Note: Before using, clean the dust off the hook and loop sanding pad, and these palm sander sandpapers are not suitable for adhesive sticker sanding pads. When using it with an electric drill, you should add a converter.

Questions & Answers

Are these compatible with the Tacklife detail sander?

They seem to think so.

Will this work with the Worx cordless mouse sander?

The pads did not fit my Black and Decker mouse because the holes did not line up and they were 1/2 inch too big. Having said that, I did not notice a dust collector on the Worx sander. If the holes aren't a problem, the size could be. To respond to your question, they might be appropriate. I hope this has been of assistance.

Why is it taking you so long to ship my order? Especially if it's a top-of-the-line item. ?

Mine arrived in a flash.

Are these compatible with the Hyper Tough 1 from Walmart? Detail sander with a 5 amp motor?

I'm not familiar with your sander, but I've found that most of these small palm sanders use the same sandpaper. The 84-piece set is roughly 3 inches in diameter. 5" x 5. 5". Simply measure the base of your sander to see if these will work. I bought them because they came with a variety of grits in the package - Many items that would otherwise be unavailable were available, which pleased me. I've tried a few and they seem to work just as well as any other sandpaper I've tried. This is a good buy in terms of quantity and price, and I'm happy with it.

If you already own a Black and Decker Mouse, you should pass on this purchase
3/5

I returned them because the holes do not line up on a Black and Decker Mouse, causing the sander to skip spots.

This generic sandpaper performs admirably in comparison to brand-name alternatives
5/5

I wrote this review after trying out other brand equivalents of the same product, in fact, I tried out two other brands before buying this one, and I've included photos of all three for comparison. I'll comment on the photos now, before we get to the context discussion, so anyone interested doesn't have to read the rest of my commentary. The first photo shows how the single sample 80 grit sanding sheet that came with the Ryobi Corner Cat sander that I was using on my project looked after about five hours of sanding a very rough surfaced deck to remove stain that couldn't be removed with chemical treatments alone. br>br>The second and third photos show two different Diablo brand sheets, which were the only ones available at the big box store where I bought the sander (that product is also available on Amazon). The first image depicts the state of one sheet after only 45 minutes of use. The second image depicts the state of a second sheet after only about half an hour. I was surprised to see how far this hook and loop (Velcro style) backed sanding sheet could slide from where it started after only 1/2 hour of use, which is why I included the second photo of the same brand. I had carefully centered it on the platen before using it, but it had slid nearly a half inch away at the tip after only half an hour. br>br>After two and a half hours of use, I took the fourth photo of the Mido brand that I'm reviewing here. That's only half the time I used the Ryobi brand sheet, but several times the time I used the Diablo brand, and I decided to replace it at that point simply because I'd received so many sheets and had a limited amount of work left to do, so I figured I'd better replace it even though it was still cutting well. To put it bluntly, the Diablo brand was of poor quality, at least in the context of use in which I used it, whereas the Mido brand was comparable in quality and durability to Ryobi's brand name sander. br>br>To be fair, I must frame this debate in the context of the sandpaper's intended use, because I imagine any of them would suffice in a less demanding situation. I'm re-iterating that I'm re-iterating that I am I'm staining the back of my house's deck. To ensure that a new coat of stain adheres properly, the previous coat must be completely removed, allowing the stain to absorb into the wood fibers. The project has turned out to be more of a disaster than I had anticipated, because it turned out that the deck, which was part of a house I bought about thirty years after it was built, was made of ordinary nominal lumber rather than the current norm of pressure treated lumber, and that it was stained with a stain that is unusually opaque and resistant to typical chemical stain strippers. I started with a big-box store's Brand stripper, which did almost nothing. I looked online and found another brand that was highly rated, and it did a much better job, but it was still far from complete, despite the fact that it required the use of a power washer, which was very rough on the aging nominal lumber even with care, so I couldn't hope to get it to the point where the stain was completely removed, and significant damage had already been done to the wood just trying to do so with the power washer. I finally decided I needed to sand the deck's surface, both to remove the remaining stain and to smooth out the damaged wood's surface, and that's how I ended up here. br>br>I used two sanders: a 3 x 18" belt sander for getting most of the large areas done quickly, and a Ryobi Corner Cat sander for getting into corners and up against horizontal surfaces that a belt sander couldn't reach. It also proved to be a more efficient way than the belt sander of focusing on some areas of stain that had not been removed in some areas of the length of the boards. Although the belt sander isn't included in the review, I should mention that it worked well with the sanding bands I used. In that regard, the Corner Cat was a different animal, at least in terms of the paper sanding pads employed, and that is the subject of my discussion here. br>br>The corner cat came with a few sample sanding pads, but only one of them had a coarse enough grit for the job (all of these were 80 grit). I used it for five hours before it began to cut inefficiently, so I switched to a different pad. br>br>In fact, the big box store where I bought the sander did not carry the Ryobi brand sanding pads, but only a single brand, Diablo, which they carry in sanding products as well as circular saw and table saw blades, so I bought a box of five of them when I bought the sander and hoped it would be adequate to finish the project; I hoped it would be similar in quality to the prod because it was the only brand the It turned out to be a blunder of a forecast. br>br>As my photos demonstrate, the Diablo product, which is available on Amazon as well, was not up to the task. Small pieces of the backing paper ripped off and became stuck in loose bits of the sanded wood, creating a mess that was difficult to straighten out and a distraction while I was sanding. Beyond that, I noticed that the sanding grits were peeling away from the backing, and the first two sheets I used were useless after only a few minutes each. br>br>By the end of the first day's work, I'd realized that flaw and went to Amazon to see what was available, hoping to find something that would last longer and function better, allowing me to finish the work without having to change pads every hour or so. To finish the job the way it was going, I would have needed two or three more boxes of the Diablo product! It was so bad that I didn't even want to use the other three Diablo products I still had. br>br>I should admit that when I looked into it, I was disappointed to discover that Amazon did not even carry the Ryobi brand; the irony is that I bought the Mido product I'm reviewing after reading what the ads said about perhaps a half-dozen similar products they carry, half-dozen similar products they carry, half-dozen similar products they carry, half-dozen similar products they carry, half-dozen similar products they carry, half-dozen I assumed it would be of similar quality to the Diablo product, but I was at least confident that I would be able to finish the job without spending an arm and a leg or having to wait for yet another delivery. I bought it primarily because it was cheap, and I knew I'd get enough sheets to finish the project without having to purchase more. br>br>I had to take a day off from work while waiting for the Mido sanding pads to arrive, but I was blown away when I got back to work with them yesterday. The sanding grain did not get stripped off the paper as quickly as it did with the Diablo product, and the paper backing was durable and did not tear apart as I worked with these sanding pads. Again, the photo of the Ryobi sheet was taken after five hours, whereas the photo of the Mido sheet was taken after only two and a half hours (obviously half the time), but the Mido sheet was still cutting fine and would have certainly continued to work for a considerable amount of time (unlike the Diablo product), and I only changed it because so many pieces came in the purchase for such a low price that I decided to finish the job using a second sheet even though it might not have been as As a result, I didn't go so far as to say this definitively, but I have a strong suspicion that the Mido product would have performed and lasted as well as, if not better than, the Ryobi brand. br>br>One final potentially important comment, in which I will once again make a comment about the Diablo product's poor quality, despite the fact that this is not the primary focus of my review. The Ryobi and Diablo products are designed to work with two different types of sanders: one that uses the entire sheet, like the Ryobi Corner Cat, and another that is shaped like a small flat-bed sander. iron. The other is a sander with a much smaller triangular sanding pad (the division can be seen fairly clearly in the photos) that only uses a small triangular portion at the front end of these sanding pads. br>br>As a first point of comparison, the Ryobi pad, while scored to allow this separation for use on the smaller sander, had the separation cut in such a way that the full sheet remained intact in use on the larger, Corner Cat sander, even after five hours of use, with no apparent, unintended separation. The Diablo product, on the other hand, was so deeply cut for this purpose that it showed up as a flaw on the Corner Cat, with the sanding pad tearing early in use along the separation line, as can be seen in the photos. br>br>Aside from that quality comment, the bigger issue in this case with the Mido product I'm reviewing is that it's not cut in a way that allows it to be used with the smaller sander type. Unless the user wants to mark and cut it by hand for use on the smaller, triangular head sander, it's only meant to be used as a full sheet for sanders like the Corner Cat. Given the low price and high quality of this paper, it may be worth considering, but cutting sandpaper is difficult and abrasive to the tools used to cut it.

Excellent value for money
5/5

These are a lot less expensive than buying them at a hardware store, and they work just as well. While working on a cabinet project, I discovered that some lasted longer than others; the back side adheres to the device extremely well - There's no way it's going to fall. This purchase has left us extremely happy.

It's not a good idea to stay
3/5

They do not stay attached to the velcro pad. After only a few minutes of use, it stops vibrating. They also have a foul chemical odor, which makes me concerned about the contents of the sanding particles. Chinese junk at a discount.

These sanding sheets with hooks and loops fall apart quickly
3/5

These sanding sheets appear to be a good deal, but I discovered that they break down quickly. That was one of them. Things are only as good as the price you pay for them. The adhesive on the back of the sheets appears to be failing, and the membrane holding the sheet to the sander separates from the paper. The quality is extremely poor. The only positive aspect is that they fit my sander perfectly (and are the correct size), but they only last a few minutes. Other brands of sanding sheets I've used haven't failed in the same way.

My needs and expectations are met by this product
5/5

For this homeowner, the product delivers with a nice variety of grains and a reasonable life/usability for the price. Sticks to my Ryobi mouse sander perfectly. No issues even though the sander is at least 10 years old. I found this to be a better deal than the alternatives I found in the big box stores. Because my Ryobi sander does not use holes, I was concerned that the "holes" would be a problem, but they haven't been.

They are not compatible with the Black and Decker Mouse

The Black and Decker Mouse will not fit on these sheets! They're way too big, and the holes aren't even close to matching! Very let down. I would not purchase this item again.

That's exactly what they said they'd do
3/5

These were sent back because they were too big for the sander. The holes did not line up and were a quarter inch too big.
