This is worse than we anticipated

The grub screw hole was so far off center there were no threads in half of it, which surprised me because fit and finish should have been poor. The screw would not hold, as it was not strong enough. It would have been quicker just to drill and tap a larger size, but I hate returns so I did it. I was surprised the tool was so soft this was easy.
