Yes, as far as I can tell, it came in Dewalt black and yellow packaging. I couldn't tell if it was genuine or not.

Is this compatible with all 20-volt tools and chargers? I've got a 20v 1 power supply. Tools and batteries with a capacity of 5 ah as well as a charger are included. xr is a term I'm unfamiliar with. ?

Most 20v tools should work with any 20v battery. I have a large number of batteries and a variety of tools. Keeping them charged is all that matters. In addition, I do not employ any 1. Everything in a 5's is a 5ah or larger battery; they simply last much longer!

I purchased the two-pack. 5-pack DeWalt 20V Max Battery, DeWalt 20V Max Battery One of the batteries, on the other hand, refused to charge. I immediately contacted the seller, who promptly responded and apologized for any inconvenience this had caused me. br>I was taken aback, but grateful for their prompt response. up, as well as for taking such great care in assisting in the resolution of the issue. They promised to send a new battery right away, and guess what? They did. After a few days, I received it. The new battery was fully charged before use and is now operational! br>Excellent customer service and quick response from the "Seller. It's a good idea to have extra batteries on hand

It's always a good idea to have a couple of extra power tool batteries on hand so you can keep working while one recharges. Nowadays, most tools do not come with a battery, so having extras means having at least one battery for each tool.
