A quick PS The factory Power Wheels motors that turn the rear wheels will burn out if used over an extended period of time. I would recommend upgrading the motors on your 550 style batteries to these 18v motors located here if you intend to use the DeWalt battery long term As well as these new motors, blue loctite and a new sprocket gear, based on the markings found on the cases of your power wheels, are required for this.

The parts were exactly what I needed. It's useful to be able to carry lightweight batteries instead of heavy 12 volts, so I can use it on the job.
