The markings have been filled with red enamel, so they are fully polished and have deep engravings, which is a plus. If you don't know how to do this, there are plenty of videos available on YouTube. Allows for easy tool identification by making the numbers stand out. On all 10 mm screws I've used so far, the tool has positive engagement and no excessive slop. I bought it in case I needed it for a valve replacement on my Honda, which is due soon. If the longevity of this review is called into question, I will update it, but for now, it is unquestionably 5 stars.
