Questions & Answers

name of the country of origin?

As stated in the Manufacturer's description: These products will be manufactured in Spain according to the highest quality standards from Channellock, Inc.

as some reviewers are like is the metal soft like some reviewers say - How does it get easily cracked??

My first time using it, I rubbed it down very gently. There are many individuals who say that they have an entirely different experience from me. It is possible that copper or brass fittings may be used for some aspects, like plumbing. Both players were good. As a case study, I used it to dent steel plate and saw heads. It might be because of the type of usage that the different opinions differ. There is also the possibility of it being a batch issue. Soft units may have been manufactured early, while harder ones are expected to be used later. While, it's difficult for me to believe such a thing from Spanish. There aren't any made wrenches made by Channel. I don't think the other Channel has been affected (privately labeled), because they are similar. My tools should be locked. It's not clear how often reviewers rate early units, but I had one at 5 months. But since several of us find it so much milder than I do, I don't find it as odd. All of my other channels are also excellent options-). I'm not sure what makes these lock tools unusual, but lock tools are special.

does the adjustment usually require toons throughout the entire range? Also, can it fit through the tousiness through part?

As the gear drive on this C is very close in tolerances, there is no slop when moving. Consistency and smoothness is an integral part of the adjustment process.

How thick is the wrench jaws?? The bridge is not too wide, but it is almost thick on its side so that I need to open up the valve to fix. ?

As the thickness dips below the tips, it will taper. To know how thick it is at a worm gear level, take 1/4 inch at the tip of the jaws, and 1/2 inch at the thickest point.

After having been given a satisfactory result, I am now satisfied with the result
5/5

Having many pliers on hand is important. This is a high-quality wrench from this company; it comes with a similar finish as the cutters from that company. In terms of convenience, there is a jaw angle that is the same as 12" axes. In my experience, this wrench only provides fine threads and torques at low speeds, so it won't affect the handling in any way. With the additional turning of the thumbscrew, I'm able to keep my thumb from jamming into it all day. The plastic on the handle isn't as thick as they usually are. My thumb was fine while using this handle. There is a lighter shade of blue material, compared to a dark blue material. As I didn't want to keep it on the wrench, I turned to a razor to help remove it (a picture shows it removed). I have found that when done with the blue stuff, it functions just fine. The logo can even be illuminated with a laser. No sharp spots or burrs are present.

My shop keeps this for eight years, and I still use it every day
5/5

I bought one eight years ago. While there are many adjustable wrench brands out there, I use this one the most. With loose jaws that aren't sharp enough under load when compared to cheapies, you really appreciate how they feel when used. The tiny bolt heads made this an ideal unit for holding all kinds of objects up to the great opening. It stands to reason that the only adjustable wrench my roommate used that outperformed this one is the Blue-shaped adjustable wrench. Point. This material is much more expensive, has a smaller opening, and is particularly susceptible to corrosion due to its raw steel finish. Whenever I try to use the Blue, it is mostly ineffective. I need that more far, and I'll find the Channellock anyway since that hasn't opened far enough. We'll be able to get one in each toolbox instead of constantly checking through everything! Please support me by ordering more now. In short, this adjustable wrench can do what all other adjustable wrenches cannot. You will wonder if all other adjustable wrenches are the same.

I have a good grip and an action like that, though
3/5

As a result of my three visits, there has already been damage done to its edges to the rand three times, lightly, and it is already dented on the edges of the jaws. As an alternative to replacing the faucet aerator aerator, I put an aerator on my lawn mower. As the bolt lay on its back surrounded by leaves, I could not get it loose or continue to attempt until it became unrecoverable. As the jaw became depressed, there were dents all over it. It is unlikely that an object made of steel would dent because of such light usage. I have fine, sleek tools that have been in service for 20 years or more. Customer service is sub-divided into two parts. A par isn't a par, it's a d. Neither customers or retailers ship returns, nor does the warranty stipulate a repair if they have already received the wrench. Even though there isn't an inch of slack with the knurl mechanism attached to the wrench, it is otherwise a solid tool.

What else can you say about a great product? The product is cute
5/5

My father, who has owned crescent reels since the '60s, says it is limited by the size limitations. This wrench does a better job without the whole wrench being six foot long, or you are on your own at your desk. Despite its compact size, it is used by about 90 percent of our households and garages. There is no danger of this item breaking, yet it is handy, grips well, and was moved up to the daily tool storage drawer. I enjoyed the way the product turned out and it was lovely.

Tool was absolutely outstanding
5/5

Must possess a tool for his or her profession in the HVAC arena. Period. This wrench, which I also carry in my Veto TP4 pouch, is stunning. Without Slip feel is the same effect as Snap- Snap-Wood gives when it comes to screwdrivers. Nut or bolt adjustments are adjusted just right when fitted. The adjustment will require you to loosen it so as to get rid of it even if it is too tight. I also like the comfort complaint handle, but that's up to you. Last but not least, there has never been a problem handling a service cap or bolt size by this tool. This was the easy decision, thanks to Channellock's tool.

It's nice to have a wrench like this in my collection
4/5

Whenever I try to find a wrench I love the look of this one. Although this is the most common tool, I also use it when leveling bolts must be adjusted, as they can't be turned very forcefully, and their range of configurations enables them to be adapted easily. But I think large adjustable screwdrivers will become overkill. When my co-workers ask me where I found this wrench after using it, I tell them that I did not intend to. A comfortable handle is the only problem with this wrench. If the handle isn't comfortable, grip becomes looser, and you might slip off. If you uncheck it, you can force the switch back on. This is annoying at the time.

A gaping hole develops
3/5

I haven't used this product any time as its handles aren't aligned, it falls off when I am holding it in my hands. handle is quite thick, gives good padding, as its made of material that won't scratch, but doesn't do any damage to.

For any heavy construction application, a great adjustable wrench is the best
5/5

Everyone will be ruined. The wrench opens very wide, which surprised me when I read the description and was rather large when seen in person. As I stated when I saw the grip when it arrived, I didn't hesitate to wear it when wiping down the handle on a more comfortable grip. My first wipe down really undid all the glossy coating on the grip, and it seems as strong and grippy as I hope. I notice that if I use regular nuts and bolts, I feel that I have pressure put on my hands quite frequently. When I pulled out this single wrench, my chest of adjustable came up completely.
