Although I am not sure if the 2013 WRX will fit, my 2005 Subaru Baja fits perfectly
5/5

See how your car is doing. The same size will probably be found if it looks like a Torx.

The Subaru differential drain plug is located in the front differential
5/5

During the winter I wanted to change the front differential fluid on my The large bit that I purchased to unscrew the drain plug was a result of research. In other words, it works to accomplish *A heads up to anyone who takes the same route, unlike the rear differential plug, the front differential drain plug is plugged in with It fell in the dirty oil, and I discovered it only after I had closed the drain and refilled it. Hope you have a great weekend and don't forget to wash the clothes!.

Difference between the front and rear differential on a Subaru
3/5

In an effort to replace fluid on my Subaru myself, I need this size Torx tool, which makes it impossible to find. I saved quite a bit of money using the bit that made the process of fastening so much easier. Since I own multiple Subaru vehicles, this was a decent investment and allows me to do a job that is often overlooked. I don't like having to buy special tools and Subarus almost never require them, but since I own multiple Subaru vehicles, I considered it a worthwhile investment.

It comes with a plastic insert that is impossible to remove
5/5

This waste of ten is disgusting. He had his mechanic work with a map gas torch to get it out. The junk I found.

Yet it handled the bolt just fine
5/5

It made it easy for me to remove the bolt. It was required to remove the drain plug from my Subaru Outback's front differential using this bit. When I first tried to remove the bolt, I used a breaker bar, but was unable to do so. In other words, I used my impact wrench along with this. Although I'm not sure whether this bit has been rated for use with impact wrenches, it handled the job just fine. I was able to remove the bolt easily and use my torque wrench to reinstall it. It is recommended.

It's a great product and it's very well made! For my Harley TwinCam, I purchased this Torx bit specifically to turn up the compensation
5/5

The system worked perfectly, even when I put 175 feet of cable This socket has been torqued to 550 lbs! Quite often you don't hear someone say an economical and quality product in the same sentence.

Yet I would have been pleased to have spent a little more on it since it is of excellent quality
4/5

In my 2002 Subaru Forester, I used it to change the oil in the front differential. I put this on a 18-inch breaker bar since the plug was so tight. My wallet almost fell into my pocket when I saw the cheaper one - I spent a little more on this, but am glad I did since it is very solid and I do not have to worry about it breaking.

This is needed for an oil change on the Subaru front differential
5/5

For a 2014 Subaru Forester, this tool is used for opening the drain plug. It is a substantial piece of kit and works well.
