Product Description

This product is designed to work with steel 3/16" thick. A minimum of 13 forming tons is recommended.

These dies work great with both my 20 ton shop press and a hydraulic punch driver kit, and they leave clean, accurate dimples that remain even after months of use. So far, they haven't damaged or worn out. I really enjoyed this set.

My favorite part is the steel clamshell carry case that comes with this. The package was incredibly well packaged. These machines are made to perform well the work they were designed for. There are hardly any signs of wear on these dies after making over 100 dimples to date of varying sizes.

A high quality set of dies for making dimples. The hydraulic head used with this product has a knockout design. The dimensions of this set are nominal (actual dimensions), whereas the dimensions of standard electrical knockouts are nominal. I would give that There is a hole in the 5 inch electical knockout for a 1 inch. Nipple is about 5 inches long and is about 1 inch wide. The length of the window is nine.
