They are not the most expensive tools, but they are very good
The best is many times more expensive, you would have to spend over six times as much. The products in this category are not the tools I would normally purchase, since I haven't been very impressed with this company or its siblings. Apex Tool Group seems to manufacture a lot of mediocre tools for the value market under a number of different brands. I would recommend buying something better if you will use these tools on a daily basis. If you only need them for occasional use, or one project, this will do just fine. The two will both perform the task, but much more expensive tools will perform it a tiny bit better, which adds up over several thousands of instances. Some of them may not withstand repeated use for a long time. In short, I purchased them because I am helping my brother rewire his house in another state, and both of us are hundreds of miles from my toolbox. The fact that I have already invested so much in good tools, I will not be spending that much again to complete one project. I am a bit spoiled and wish I would have my better tools with me for this job, although I do find this set of tools sufficient.

The exact date is yet to There are several advantages to this They are very sturdy, have nice grips and the perfect level of cushion" for support
The tongue and groove style pliers come with a bolt and nut. Due to the rivet enabling tightness adjustment, the replacement set has a better fit and finish of the tongue and groove pliers, so I am able to make one good complete set (using two different sets)
Facts Two inches of tongue and groove are on the large tongue and groove pliers. There is a maximum opening of 2 inches on the large tongue and groove pliers, and 1 3/4 inches on the small ones. The maximum opening is 20 ft. The cons are as follows The machining of the 12-inch is poor. Pliers with tongue and grooves (see photos), with some small machine marks on the finish of some of the tools, the diagonal pliers have a bevel that is relatively steep on both sides which allows for better cutting but no clean cuts (e. g. A zip tie tie is used on the Neither of these are necessarily cons, since this is more of a preference. It is a gift for a family member. I am in the process of exchanging this set for another one. I'm convinced that they can be a good set of tools to start out with. Hopefully, the replacement set will look as good as the original. *Update Though the pliers in the replacement set exceeded the first set's tongue and groove pliers, both the diagonal and needle nose ones had rusty Despite the two different types of shots, however, I was able to make one good set from them. agree that these tools have great potential, but I think that SATA needs a little more attention to details.

In my trailer, I keep a pair of these each time I work. The theft of my tools has sadly been ongoing for months. This is one of my favorites. They are well built, have a chrome plating so they will not rust, and are durable enough to hold up in a shop where all the tools get abused and often used hard. It costs 1/3 of what snap on items do, but holds up just as well. It doesn't get any better than this, neither does it contain any cheap Chinese junk tools. In addition to engraving my name on them, I also add my serial number so I can get them back if they get stolen. The pliers I have are nice.

There is a gap in the jaw
It has been a long time It is a nose and mouth infection I can close the diagonal, but not the Universal. There is a 1mm gap at the jaw of the universal, but the cutter is closed on the other side. The rest of the app is fine, so I gave the app a 3 star rating, as I view this as one of the major flaws.

The tools are of better quality at a good price
My nips have been used to cut hardened steel thin rods, but I have not had them for a very long time. A smooth, clean cut was achieved with no nicks on the cutting edges of the pliers. They are better than most of the ones sold at DIY stores, and they are reasonably priced as well.

Having run out of funds for Knipex, I had to buy these pliers instead. In spite of the fact that SATA is an ok brand, the pliers are heavy. However, the teeth do an exceptional job of catching surfaces. After using them for a couple of times, I can tell they are of good quality.
