There is not a 100' long hose sent with the order it is actually a 25' long Designed for use with 100 feet of hose, this unit is water-resistant. On a scaffold, the wheels are not an issue because they will not allow the unit to roll freely because they would need to be tilted back first. Even so, I would discourage placing a pump on top of
The color of the paint totally determines the final outcome. Metal paints can be applied with water for latex paint, mineral spirits or paint thinner for oil-based paints, or lacquer thinner for lacquer based
When using this sprayer with KILZ stain blocker, you might need a bit of FLOOD paint thinner, but pay attention to how much you add to the size of the can you are using, and make sure your sprayer works well with You might also consider trying a different tip if you do not see the results you expect.
There is a 120V AC motor in it. In order to reduce the voltage from 220 to 120, you need a transformer. The AC power you have probably is at 50 Hertz, and these are designed to run at 60 Hertz (called cycles in the past). It is in that case that paint rollers and brushes should be purchased!

The only way I can avoid not having one of these is to get one of these. thought this should last me for a year or two, and then I can upgrade to a professional sprayer if I'm doing well. It's not that this sprayer isn't excellent it's just that it's not rated for professional This sprayer actually works pretty well, as it turns out. In an ideal world, it sprays heavy and thick latex, and you'd roll it over 9 times out of 10. In the vast majority of my projects, I use Sherwin Williams paint, though I have been known to use Conco brand paint from Menards on cheap rentals, where they literally ask you to just slap on some paint. It really is simple to give them what they want at a reasonable price, but I digress. They won't pay for good paint or even for good work, so just give them what they want. Only one thing I dislike about this sprayer is that the hook for the 5 gallon bucket does not always hold the bucket. When the sprayer is just lying flat the handle on the bucket is too high to sit in the hook and so the bucket will just rest It doesn't need to always weigh 75lbs (or however much a bucket of paint weighs) hanging from the sprayer at all times, so I believe this was a design decision. Unfortunately, you need to bend over every time you pick up the bucket, and then tilt the sprayer back just enough so that the hook catches the bucket handle, then tilt it back more so that the bucket can be picked up. I just have a hard time doing it. In fact, I would prefer to see the bucket hanging constantly. In spite of that small inconvenience, and the inconvenience of cleaning up afterwards, it is a great sprayer. Even if you used the sprayer, cleanup was not a problem, it was just a normal "ton" of paint everywhere that you had to clean up. I have to say, the overspray doesn't bother me as much as I thought it would. While it will get anywhere, in the immediate spray area that isn't have to make sure that the tape is well applied when you mask, and any paper or plastic that you are using should not be loose or coming off. Sprayers like this have plenty of force, so they will throw plastic and paper wherever they are aimed at and rip them off if the tape job isn't exactly perfect. I would have liked to have had a 50-foot hose instead of the 25-foot that came with it, but other than that, I'm not sure what else I would have asked for. For exterior projects that require you to be two stories high on a ladder, this is not enough. The only thing that needs to be purchased is a 50ft hose, which isn't too big of a deal except that it's $50. They get you there, that's for sure. To tell you about my experience with this sprayer, I was waiting to give my review until I had actually given it a thorough workout. So far I've painted a few interiors and I'm on my third or fourth exterior with it. With the same tip that came with the sprayer, the same hose, etc. I'm not as careful about cleaning it, but paint can't be kept off the hoses for long. There is just no way around it. Even so, I think this sprayer should last another year or so if I clean it as well as I can. My guess is I will need a new tip or gun at some point, and I should have the 50-foot hose in the next day or two because I am currently painting a huge house, and I just need it right now, but I hope this helps someone.
completed every step of the troubleshooting suggested on the Grayco site. The sprayer still does Upon ten minutes, a clog appears, and you have to repeat the entire process of cleaning before it can be used again. After we strained the paint, we thinned it. Nonetheless, it is an expensive sprayer. The return window has closed, so we are stuck with using it. Even with an extended warranty, nothing appears to be covered. There will be four hours of troubleshooting time and one hour and twenty minutes of.
Sprayer that is a pain in the ass! The price of these products on Amazon constantly dropped when I bought them, so I am not sure how much they cost right now. During the time between when I added it to my favorites and when I bought it, the price dropped by about $80. The same thing can be found at HD or Lowe's for half the price. Despite using a 75' hose to reach the second story mansard roof on our apartment building, it sprayed full force at 350 feet and even at 35 feet in height. Added a chic touch to our place!.
Despite not being a professional painter, I am an experienced do-it-yourself painter with prior painting experience, including auto paint, house paint, and deck paint. As a painter, I've owned several air compressor and non-air compressor powered spray guns, as well as a Wagner Power Sprayer. I painted my previous home inside and out as well as trim and doors with it. I am quite likely to have encountered clogging, pump failure, paint spitting and gun runs from flawed spray guns.
That being said, I have to say that the Graco 262805 is THE BEST spray gun that I have ever owned. As a result, I was intimidated by the delicate priming steps and high-tech components at first. In the end, however, these components and steps make sure that the gun is thoroughly purged and cleaned. It is a very ingenious design to have the spary tip reversible. In other words, at some point after spraying the material, it will begin to dry and gum up the tip and the tip will not spray properly, and their will be When the tip is reversing it will get rid of gum ups.
I also recommend that a bucket of high concentration dish soap and a hard bristle brush are kept handy when using latex based materials. If a job takes a long time, you can remove the spray tip from the spray gun and clean the spray tip if the tip will continue to gum up even after reversing it. The result is that you are more likely to have to reverse the tip. As well as that, I just finished a three day priming and painting job, and did not clean the gun after each The next day I was able to come back and put the siphon tubes back in the paint, screwing back on the spray tip, priming the gun and starting again with no issues. There were no clogs. Moreover, the user has at their disposal a wide range of spray tips to choose from, enabling them to spray in a wide variety of In addition to the hosepipe cleaning attachment and pump armor designed to ensure thorough cleaning, the gun armor ensures safe handling. Aside from the clumsy plastic hose, there is nothing else that I dislike about this gun. It is rigid and stiff, and it seems to get caught on all kinds of things when you are moving around. Due to the rigidity of the hose, it is difficult to position the gun at the correct angle and position when spraying from odd angles and positions.
