Foam rollers are less stable than nap rollers, so the tool does not work well with them. I do not like putting my electric drill so close to the water inside of the bucket given that the part that goes into your drill is 1" long. The same goes for dried paint residue inside the roller that makes it very difficult to put it on the tool and take it off. One tool that I have is for rollers with a regular size diameter and it has an 18" shaft, so the rollers come in and out without too much effort, and you don't have to bend over the bucket to use it, since They should make this roller cleaner in the same style as the one I use on rollers of regular diameter. That would be the best way to pick.

I bought this paint roller sleeve tool and received it A manual roller cost around half as much as a roller with a motor. The product is used today for painting cleanup in the same way as the video with a 5 gallon bucket of water in the demonstration. The sleeve came out clean as it was when I first There was a significant difference as it took a lot less time. I don't mind painting until it is finished and cleaned up, so this made it less challenging. This product would be a good buy.

I am in love with this concept. Since I am a general contractor, I am particular about the quality of the roller heads I use. This means I spend money on them, and I would like to use them multiple times, or at least for multiple days at a time during a multi-day project. Until recently, it was impossible for roller heads to be cleaned effectively if we did not have this little tool. It keeps the fibers soft and clean, and removes all the paint from the roller heads very well. A flaw is that the plastic shaft post that attaches the drill to the axle is rather fragile, and after several uses it sheared off, so I had to make a new one out of a large bolt, washer, and In the meantime, I've continued to use this little gadget and am loving All in all, it's a good product. I would like it to be a bit stronger, but it's a good design nonetheless.

My aluminum one was extremely well built. I've used it for three months now and it still runs flawlessly. When the roller pads cost $5 each, there was an instant savings. In comparison to cheaper roller pads, I get 8 to 10 uses out of one Wooster roller pad, instead of just tossing them after one time. But if you use just a bucket of water and drill on high, it does not work very well. Running it under a water spigot while using my free hand to work out the paint while it keeps spinning cleans it better than just spinning it in the air and then using a bucket. A fantastic product, I will be buying several more for my bosses' gifts because they always complain about having to buy.

According to reviews, I paid extra to get the ALUMINUM Roller Ready tool, since the plastic version is known to break. It can be useful for my paint projects during the winter when the exterior hoses and nozzles are not available due to the freezing environment. I was so disappointed with this tool's results! In either case, I could not extract ALL of the paint from my 18" or 9" roller heads with my drill. To be considered "clean" in any sense, there is still way too much stuck deep in the brain. The document is a keepsake only for my use in an emergency. I'm going to use a hose and nozzle connected to a utility sink instead. The ONLY way to properly do it is to do it this way.

The Roller Ready with Sherwin Williams SuperPaint was applied to a Wooster Professional, standard, non-sanded wood A bevel, superfab, and a high-gloss finish A 12" roller fitted with a Millwaukee M18 1/2" drill on max speed will hold a maximum capacity of 3/4 nap knit fabric. Paint did not disperse The water didn't seem to sink in, even after soaking in it for a while. Interestingly enough, the commercial demonstration actually seems to be using a Purdy Polyamide paint roller cover - 9" Length, 3/4" Nap, which isn't the same thing as a knit.

It significantly reduces the time it takes to clean the My rollers for 9in are made of plastic and I am very pleased with it. The one I have now will probably be upgraded to aluminum when it dies. The shaft should be longer for the 3/8 inch shaft. As a result of the wave of water in the bucket, my drill is getting wet. The plastic one cannot be longer without breaking, I'm sure. We would like to know if it is possible to order other sizes. There are additional sizes on their website, but there is no purchase option? The product I purchased was so good that I ordered two more Buy multiple sizes in a case fitted to each size, and save money?.

Honestly, this is one of the most amazing things I've ever seen. Having taken care of my roller covers so well in my professional career, I am sure this method will keep your covers in perfect condition. The reality is that I am inclined to buy pretty much every new tool or gadget that appears cool, and most of them turn out to be novelty items that will not add much to my life in the long run. The guys who always make fun of me for this are all fans of it. of my friends literally POOPOO's everything I've purchased and complains about how it doesn't need to be replaced as long as it works. One of the new tools/gadgets I showed him he was forced to admit he loved was this. It wasn't until a week later that I noticed he had bought one of It's very hard for me to gauge how long the plastic version will last, but the aluminum version is just spectacular.
