Stairs in the basement are a good fit for this product. Detection of motion seems reasonably sensitive to us, which is great. There are cats that can trigger lights. The product was good value for money. A brief update 21st of March. It is extremely sensitive and requires a lot of batteries. I'm replacing the batteries for the third time since I purchased them back in August. When I walk up stairs I'm triggered to remove the batteries. If you decide how intensively your location is used, you may want to take this into consideration.

Despite the fact that this light doesn't have an on/off switch, it still needs to have an on/off switch. You can turn it off during the day if you don't want it to run. Lights that are on will stay on, but if one is off, it won't turn on. It is the only good thing I can say about it. I do not.

This is a great product. It uses 4D batteries and shines nicely in places where adding a light might not be practical or too expensive. Camping would also be a good use for this. We are not talking about a night light here. There is more strength in it Definitely recommend it, and I plan to purchase more once I get my account set up.

It was a little complicated to attach to the ceiling but all is well. I thought the light would have the same color as regular frosted bulbs, but it is a pure white.
