The only reason I bought these security night lights was to light them up on a daily basis. They were charged for a few days and I was almost about to forget about This morning I went to my front door and installed two of these. Design a mechanical switch for the On/Off position that is BADDDDDD. The status of the device can only be identified at night and not during the day when the device is likely to be installed. It would be more appropriate to install a SLIDE SWITCH over the motion detection sensor on the FRONT rather than the BACK.
