Product Description

FROSTERED, DURABLE ACRYLIC - Made of 1/8" (3mm) thick frosted white acrylic with a 3/8" (1cm) hole in the center. The Diffuser is 25% thicker than other diffusers on the market.

Softly frosted matte on both sides eliminates light bulb glare from ugly CFL or LED bulbs, bringing you better quality and softer light. For accent or to improve reading light, the light is directed downward. It diffuses the harsh glare from stylish drum shades while softening their light.

The correct size for openings between 10 and 12 inches. Whether you are not sure of how to measure your disc or where to find it, please contact us and we will gladly assist you. Upon receiving your disc, please check if it fits your application and remove the protective layering before removing the covering, just in case you need to return it (50% re-stocking fee will apply when discs have been removed from their protective covers).

I found a lamp on Pinterest where you hold the shade upside down over the light fixture & screw in the light to hold the shade. A blinding condition. I cannot hold the disc in my hands. What suggestions do you have?

On the centre of the disc there is a hole that fits over the metal post. The disc is secured in place by a decorative nut.

Would it be possible to make a custom size for you What is the advantage of using a middle hole of 1/2 inch over 3/8 inch for this size of hole?

These diffusers worked perfectly for a My light holes were a little small, but with clever reamer work I was able to make them smidge bigger by screwing both in It is reamed a bit on each side of the rod that suspends the diffuser. There are no cracks on the rod. With these diffusers, LED bulbs shine softer than with glass, so it is smoother than via original glass. In other words, they look very different side by side. I do not have a problem with it. On one side of the diffuser, it is bright and glossy, and on the other, it is dull and matte. I can't adjust the settings, so this doesn't suit my needs. It is very sturdy, and has a A super-power A happy person. I am not a huge fan of plastic, but this is a great repair, it looks better, and it is safer to replace the bulb. The products are made in the US and are of excellent quality.

It is the diffuser for the shade

It is a good diffuser all around - I am very pleased with it The thickness, fit, filtering of light, and price point are all important. While some people seem to have a hard time removing the paper, I was able to do it without any difficulty. The only way I was able to lift the paper with my fingernail was to lift just enough to get a hold of and pull slowly away from it. Here is what I hope will help.

The diffuser I have is great. I was blinded every time I walked past my nightstand beside my bed because of the bulb. The shade of my lamp was exactly 14 inches tall and I was not able to fit the diffuser on top. If you put it underneath, I'm fine with it.

I have a lamp on my nightstand that has an open top, so that when I approach it I can see the bulb directly. Since I've had it for years, it's very bright and I don't like it at all. In some weird way, I found this product, and I thought it was easy to understand, it just covers up the top of the lamp, and the light bulb isn't nearly so loud. The plastic they are made from doesn't make them cheap, but they withstand rough handling.
