Questions & Answers

There is no indication if all the lights run off of this transformer use a single wire or if there are more than one terminal for each light ?

A single terminal allows you to connect a single wire. The wire strands are stuffed into two separate wire strands

A 20ft wire powering 4 lamps with a total power of 20 watts will I get voltage drop?

A simple meter isn't enough to measure unless you have laboratory equipment that can make accurate measurements. This will be no problem at all. The race I am running is 12 miles A total of 15 lamps with a total of 200 feet of wire. Please make sure the wire is at least 14 gauge.

The transformer I want to plug in is capable of supplying submersible halogen lights. ?

Neither terminal nor plug connects to the transformer end of the wire, but both wires are connected to it.

Where must the first light be installed if the distance from the photo cell is less than 60 cm?

I don't believe there is a minimum. My mine is around three feet tall.

I have enjoyed it a lot
5/5

The 15th - My porch to the front door is lit by a Profile landscape light system that I installed 20 years ago. The converter worked fine for most of its life, except for the last two years when it stopped shutting off after a long interval of time. The duration of the program is six I kept returning to the store to get another until it finally failed. I was disappointed in the store I bought it from. Kichler was recommended to me by a friend who is an electrician. I was unable to find any at the local hardware stores, but I was able to find a variety
I picked up the lower end model since I wasn't looking for anything fancy. Upon receiving the transformer, it looks exactly like the transformer I had for my original light set (not digital), but it is an analog version. I am enjoying it a lot.

There was a problem with the dial
3/5

These are 2 of the things I purchased. The photo cell and the dial on one remain responsive, but the photo cell and the dial on the other no longer do. A small amount of condensation developed behind the lens of the photo cell, so I placed it in the sun to dry it Warranties of less than one year A two-month period has passed since the purchase date.
Bulletin 6 months after It has now been replaced by one that was no longer functional. There was no response from the company. Kichler is not something I will purchase.

There's no light in my life
3/5

The unit isn't rated correctly. It ran two lights at a 30 foot wire length, but it couldn't run three or four. If you're planning to use this unit for three to four lights on a small landscape scheme, it's a fine choice.

The strategy works
4/5

Worked like a charm. These were two of the things I bought. It would have been excellent to get the 45-watt Malibu since I have used many of their power units, but they are no longer in business, so I can't get it. To compare them with the Malibu units, I will use the same set-up. I'll start with the first part. Obviously the units are Kichlers, and they work just fine out of the box. There is a single photocell on the Malibu unit that can be placed anywhere in the home. One of the covers was affected by a walk light shining on it. So I had to tape it up. Especially when placed close to the ground, the cover is a little awkward. To change the settings, you have to get on your knees. There is an eye test with the setting knob label, as the numbers and letters are about two points apart. If I were to guess, I would say As we saw earlier, the off is all the way to the right, while the 2 hr is the third position, They are the least expensive on the market, but they are the best.

A good quality product Build with strength and durability
5/5

The transformer will be installed on my deck seating to provide ambient lighting. They do not last when they are cheap, but this one does. I was able to mount it easily, and the lights do not flicker despite the length of my.

Perfect! I love it! An easy-to-use control panel
5/5

This is the second one that I use (the first is for the front yard, the second one for the back), and it's working great. With mine, I set a timer for 4 hours of runtime and auto dark on. The controls are very straightforward. I like how well it is.

I think this transformer is great
5/5

I am now able to power three pool lights with this transformer. I have an electric eye that turns mine on four hours a night. It complies with electrical code for this application. It is impossible to describe how pleased we are.
