Wednesday, March 2 Despite the fact that faucet spray gets everywhere, six and a half months in. The spray mode has one stream going the wrong way while all the others are going straight. It was necessary to shut off the water at the faucet to stop it. Water was turned back on and the leak disappeared! I turned it back on and it did the same thing. Moen hasn't gotten back to me yet so I'm waiting for the answer to see what they have to say. It has been over a month since I received the product, so I can't return it. It's so frustrating.

We purchased the united, and it looks great, is easy to set up, and was a great purchase. A simple phone call to their customer service service resulted in a prompt replacement unit that arrived within 5 days and without any questions asked. The motion dection faucet has been our constant for about a month now, and we do not plan on going backward. The faucet is overall very good. I would recommend it highly. It's pricey, though, and it's not the easiest pill to take, but it's good for you in the long run.

Based on our previous experience with Moen, we decided to go with a Moen faucet again for our latest kitchen refresh. We upgraded to a motion sensor after splurging on a motion detector. It's been worth it so far! I really like this faucet. It is very well constructed and looks very nice. They told us there was more to the problem with the plumbing than the model's faucet connections, so we thought it was more with the installation. I don't know which way they went but they got it to work and it works great! I have only one complaint regarding the hose, since it is not very long and when on spray mode it causes a mess more than our prior For better splatter prevention, I wish the hose were a little longer or stretched. The motion sense of this faucet is fantastic, but it is an excellent faucet overall.

Purchasing this for my mother was a great decision. Since I am not a skilled DIYer, I was able to complete the installation in about 40 minutes, taking my time to make sure I did not make any mistakes. Under the sink, it was a little difficult to get in a position where I had enough leverage to secure the faucet tightly, but that was due to the configuration of the pipes and physical access to a small space. All faucets would handle the same situation. I have not been able to test durability yet since the piece has been in place for only two weeks. However, so far it has been working just fine. With the new faucet, I like the motion sensor more, the water pressure is better than what I had before, the hose has a good length, and the whole unit has a solid attachment to my stainless steel sink unlike the old one. There is no wobble even if you pull the spray nozzle out when you use it normally. In the past, it has worked well. And everyone is pleased with the appearance.
