Questions & Answers

In order to avoid the handle hitting the backsplash, what would be the length of the handle and how much space would I need to allow behind it? Your help is greatly appreciated! ?

There are four inches in length to the handle. In order to avoid hitting your backsplash when turning to the hot water side, turn your drill-bit in the opposite direction The hole must be at least three inches deep. There should be 5" between the center of the wall and the backsplash. The one I have has a drill attached to it The hole is around 2 feet long. There should be 5" between the center of the wall and the backsplash. Every time I turn on hot water, the handle touch the backsplash, but it works fine nonetheless.

This device can be purchased with an optional AC adapter, is there one available? Have you tried adding one if you have not yet?

Due to several obvious reasons, I must decline to endorse this. Milliamps are not known, but they are A scale of 2 to 10. A 3 amp plug will do). This is what a bio bidet looks like The battery pack might be easier to handle if it were attached to a separate, 3' cord, so it could be placed inside the door where it is easy to reach.

Can the sensor last for an extended period of time? What happens when the batteries die and the water keeps running?

Greetings, and thank you for reaching out. The batteries are expected to last about two After the battery has run out, the sensor will be deactivated and the operation will be made by hand once again. I'm pleased with how things are so far
5/5

Please see  " Because, if I am not mistaken, this is from a company that mainly produces bidets (Bio-Basics. . . In a bidet). I worried that their initial move into a sensor faucet could be a flop, though they have a good reputation for it. Although I've only had this for a few days, the features are very nice and have been working flawlessly so far. The features are wonderful and so far, work much better than some of the other top brands I looked at in person at HDepot etc. In order to turn it on or off, you have to place your hand near the sensor. People didn't like it or maybe were just unable to understand the value of this to prevent the faucet from automatically turning on from a reflection or other sources. I like it and it only takes a fast movement in front of it to turn it on. In addition, the feature where you can turn the water on and off by pulling a spout down and back is excellent. In the kitchen, a faucet like this is so much more convenient and efficient than I ever thought possible. I got it because of that. I had no idea it would make this much of a - I have also included a video, which was meant for my landlord (lol! But what the hell. There is an opportunity here for someone to benefit I will update the review if anything changes, but just to let you know, I'm a very picky shopper, and so far I am very pleased with this device. Additionally, we purchased the $85 installation through Amazon, and although I was asleep during the installation, the installers seemed to have accomplished the job flawlessly!.

As if by magic! This faucet has been in my house for about a month and a half and I love it so much! When reading the other reviews, I was a bit confused as to how it would work, so I'll try to clarify some of the confusion I had
5/5

Basically, there are three different ways to turn off or on the feature. As for the traditional use of the handle, there are two ways. Since I bought it, I figured if it didn't work very well, I would switch to manual. I previously made that assumption, but it hasn't come up. Furthermore, you can use the sensor affixed to the base of the fixture to detect a leak So far this is what I've been using 98% of the time. Normally when you turn on the sensor, you will have to have the handle/lever in the on position and set it to the desired temperature and flow so ever time it's turned on using the sensor, it will function at the temperature and flow set when you last used the handle. In order to turn it back off, you must wave your hand in front of the sensor once more.

A few more things In the public bathroom you have to constantly move your hands around to keep the water flow going while washing your hands. I was afraid this sensor would be as annoying as those in public bathrooms. The sensor in this faucet has been designed to only "sense" things that are very, very close to it, and thus solves that problem. Moving the dishes around in the sink as I washed or rinsed them was in my head as I frantically tried to keep the water flowing. Imagination does not do justice to this sensor. Imagine it as if you are a few inches from touching a button, but there is no physical contact there. So you wave your hand, super close to the sensor, and the water turns on. It stays on for a while while you do whatever you need to do with the water, and you wave your hand again, super close to the sensor, and the water As soon as the water runs for three minutes (or around three minutes) at the sensor, the water will shut off on its own. That way, you'll be able to avoid worrying about your cat jumping in front of your sensor and leaving the water running all day. That one is already in the minds of the wonderful people at BioBidet. Thirdly, you can pull out the sprayer nozzle and place it back in again to turn the water on and off. Water flow and temperature will be set at whatever position the lever was set to previously, as with the sensor option. Let me rock your world if you will allow me. As an option, the sensor at the base of the fixture can also be used in conjunction with the sprayer Imagine what this would be like In order to wash my measuring cup without touching anything, I hold my hand extremely close to the sensor and turn on the water without touching anything. I'm baking and need to wash my measuring cup, but I have egg goo on my hand. I then wash my hand (since it is covered in egg goo) and continue to wash my My next thought as I washed my measuring cup was to rinse the sink, so I pulled down the spray nozzle and started to rinse - after a few minutes, I saw I hadn't rinsed the sink since I had washed the measuring cup. When you turn it on with the sensor and then pull the spray nozzle down, the water will continue to flow. once I've finished rinsing the sink with the spray nozzle, I return it to its original position and BAM, the sink is clean again! The water comes to an end just like that! What an impressive feat. I am not sure about you, but I think it is.

Spend less time and money on headaches
3/5

The faucet I have purchased was purchased in March of 2017. I found the installation rather easy, and it immediately upgraded the look of our kitchen. The sensor is so elegant and we have never had any problems with it. As a result, I found the product to be convenient and made washing dishes a lot Our only concern was loving the unit until it broke down. My husband discovered that the basement was leaking from the kitchen area after we got back from our vacation. We found out that there was a steady leak coming from the faucet after conducting some investigation. There was no longer a tight seal around the attachment to the top of the battery box. We had been away for a long time, but throughout that time our kitchen floors and cabinets had been wet. As a result, we now have a bucket for collecting water with the problem section positioned above it so we must empty it twice each The company has yet to respond, and based on other reviews, we do not think they will be able to do so. What a rip-off, we paid $170 for this thing and got only one year out of it, to say nothing of all the damage to our home we could have faced. looks as if we will have to ditch this faucet and go back to the regular handle.

We are pleased with the BioBidet kitchen faucet and it will enhance our First of all, let me state that this review is from someone who paid full price
4/5

Our BioBidet kitchen faucet was a nice addition to our Our team examined a lot of faucets ranging in price from $200 to $350 A $400 donation. Reviewers expressed disappointment with competitor name brands that marketed touchless on-off features and were more expensive. They also expressed concern that the sensor was low and not as responsive as the Samsung model. In my opinion, this is a positive feature, as you have to get close to it for it to activate. In the past few weeks, I have pulled the lever by accident a couple of times, which makes me thankful it is not as sensitive as others claim. A touchless faucet does take some getting used to, but I am much happier with my purchase than I was with the one I had before. You can also use it when using the sprayer, which is nice. It is simply a matter of attaching the nozzle and turning on the spray/hose feature. By putting the nozzle back, the water will be turned There is only one A powerful spray nozzle produces a lot of spray, so be ready for a downpour. My body was soaked the first time I used the spray nozzle. As I've grown accustomed to it, I now keep the nozzle low in the sink and step back a bit. In addition to that, it is a beautiful faucet, making the sink area look classy and elegant. Having said that, it is a great faucet, which I would purchase again, but it is.
