Thank you for reaching out, It has both hot and cold lines, so yes this is a single lever mixer.
As far as the length of the sink is concerned, I have a large 33-inch single bowl sink that can soak up the dirty water. In both cases, it is a zuhne, which I also love. You can find dimensions under details, but I don't want an arc that high, 18 is what I think, you can see it under the details section as well
No magnets are used for the Wica faucet head/nozzle and neck. We will be glad to assist you further if it will be possible.

Although it has a wide range of motion, it lacks quality. The lower height was what I used to want, but I didn't realize the range would be limited. Since I use the sink a lot, my countertop is usually soaked when I am using it. I don't know if that's normal, but getting wet every time you use the sink is a pain in the but!.
