Despite being installed on a computer, this item didn't work. We were unable to use the Touch 20 feature. Sadly, the return period on Amazon has ended since the item arrived much sooner than expected (in most cases, this would be excellent! It was necessary to contact Delta directly and they would not send us a replacement faucet until we followed their "try to fix" procedure first. They said they would send us a new solenoid, which is needed for the Touch 20 technology. Our Delta airline informed us that the part we need has been placed on back order and will not arrive for 8 weeks. Our incorrect parts (a useless plastic ring) was returned to us. I realized it was just a matter of time before the faucet stopped working. We finally got a new solenoid, but the problem remains. Delta will only send another solenoid instead of a new faucet, so I contacted them again. That is unimaginable! The item as well as Delta are very disappointing to me. In order to purchase this faucet with the Touch 20 feature, we had to pay an additional fee. This is a huge error!.

I love this faucet and I think it's amazing! Once you take apart your old faucet, installing this new faucet is remarkably easy. It would be preferable to connect the socket under the sink to a wired outlet (I think that there's an available adapter to operate with DC currents) but that's not necessary with the battery. A set of Duracell batteries are included with the faucet so that it can be operated by touch. My sink has a high arch faucet, so I can fit larger pots and pans in it without flooding my counter with water. I'm sure you know what I mean - In contrast to It is easy to grab the faucet with the grab feature. If you wipe it or grab it and rotate it, then the water won't flow. As long as the handle is in the "on" position, it will work when you tap any metal part of the faucet itself or the handle. No water will flow from the faucet when the handle is turned off, just like a regular tap with a manual handle.

This is amazing. When you do not own one, you do not know what you are missing. Once you start using it you won't want to use anything else in the future. The plumber who installed this did it, so we're not able to say anything about the installation, but man, is this thing The light turns on whenever you touch it. This light indicates when the water is at the correct temperature. After my wife uses the faucet, I don't have to burn my hands anymore! I'm surprised at how expensive that faucet is. In that case, I figured if I choose to pay a lot for Delta (rather than buying cheap stuff with the same features under $100), I would be more secure for a while. I am afraid. As for the touchless feature, it has gone haywire. I now have to use the handle like in the old days. However, even THAT may not work all the time! We should have chosen an analog product. Sometimes the handle doesn't work, and all of it makes sense in the context of the system as a whole. The online form I used to contact Customer Service was not working. (I am impressed with how quickly they complete their holidays! It is a long) In the end, it turns out that the faucet will only work if nothing is within 2" of any part of it (over the sink, under it, everywhere), and the battery pack and solenoid have to be positioned just right - it wasn't easy to figure out. Otherwise, we will not be able to accomplish anything. Although my set up seems to comply with the requirements (they wanted pictures), it is still not perfect. A new solenoid will be sent to me. On the whole, this is a negative rating The people at this place are nice, but I would never have bought this faucet if I knew how temperamental it is.
