I apologize for the delay in responding; I only recently discovered your email. I'm not sure if it included everything because it was installed by a plumber during my kitchen remodel. I can tell you that I am completely enamored with it.
B004Y4O2BG, how are you today? Thank you for reaching out to us with your query. This faucet should not be affected by moisture. If you require any additional assistance, please contact Delta directly. br>br>Very best wishes Violet
That is an excellent query. It's possible that only one valve is required. However, using the valve closest to the wall to set the pressure is more convenient. This could help prevent splashing from shallow pots or high-pressure areas. I used to think it was a pointless feature, but my opinion has since changed.

When purchasing from Delta, be cautious. The faucet began to leak a week after it was installed by a professional. A call to Delta resulted in them sending replacement parts and instructing me on how to repair it, but that was all they said. Because I am not a plumber and have no idea how to disassemble the faucet, I asked Janiah, the Delta supervisor, for reimbursement for the cost of hiring a plumber to fix it, but she refused, and a letter to the president requesting Delta to make good on the product was ignored. So now, after spending nearly $500 on a faucet, I'm faced with the prospect of having to hire someone else to repair the defective faucet that they won't stand behind. Be wary of Delta's product warranty.
Some people are bothered by the aeration, but I don't mind. Turn on the wall faucet first, then slowly open the main valve, depending on the height at which it is installed. You will get splashes if you are too high and simply open the main valve. Turn it off at the *wall* first, then shake out any drops in the end arm before turning off the main valve. Fold it up again, and it will look great against your wall!.
As you can see in my photo, the shutoff valve may fail. This unit has only been used a few times and was only purchased a few months ago. It was a huge let down. Now I have to pay a plumber to replace the pot filler. 11th of August, 21st of August, 21st of August, 21st of As a result, I rewrote my evaluation. When I contacted Delta, they immediately recognized the issue and sent me replacement cartridges. I can't deny that I feel a lot better as a result of your excellent customer service.
After our kitchen remodel, the pipe SPLIT on the third (3rd) use, causing water to spill all over the place. Now comes the hassle and cost of removing and replacing the old one.
After renovations, it was installed in March after being purchased in February. The lower valve refused to shut off after about a week. Delta sent me two replacement valves after I contacted them. After a week, the first valve failed again, so I replaced it, and the second replacement failed after two weeks. The heat from the stove appears to have warped an o ring inside the valve, causing it to fail. They are sending two more replacements, but I will have to replace the entire faucet and try another brand, which is very disappointing for a $450 product.
It's been almost 5 years since I got mine. The swivel in the center of the faucet began to drip slowly last week. I went online in search of a replacement gasket. I ended up on the Delta website, where I had to fill out a form with information about the problem, the product, and the contract. The next day, I receive an email stating that a shipment is on its way to me. The next day, I receive a brand new faucet in the mail. I'm going to buy all of my faucets from Delta from now on.
I purchased it secondhand on Amazon in "Very Good" condition. It appears that the previous owner attempted to adjust the valve, but instead caused further damage to the unit. At the very least, I was able to get a rough unit up and running, but I'll be back for a new/hopefully non-toxic unit. unit that is not working properly. That was the first and last time I purchased an Amazon used item.
The wife wanted a pot filler in the house, and after looking at the prices at our local plumbing supply store for the same item, I discovered it here for a much lower price. It's been two months since we got it, and it's still going strong. It looks great, never leaks or drips, and gets the job done. Simply connect it to your cold water line because, while you can always heat water, there are times when you need to quickly cool a pot that is about to boil over, and having cold water on hand can be a lifesaver. Some people believe that water tastes better when it doesn't pass through your water heater (though I'm not sure how much of a difference there is), but the other advantages are more important.
