The package was damaged when it arrived. The pipe on the bottom was twisted. The mounting bracket resembles a washer and must be attached to the blocking very close to the water pipe; it does not appear to be the best or strongest system. Regardless, it's broken, the plumber couldn't put it in, and I'm stumped as to how to get it back. How do I get my $477 back for an item that is no longer usable?.

I installed the first one with "no issues," but the aerator was crooked. Water poured out around 530, and everything else was perfectly straight and plum. It was replaced after a call to Delta. br>br>A new one arrived, straight as a arrow. It was installed with far less force than the first one, and the pipe closest to the wall actually kinked and cracked! I was using a strap wrench, but I only had about 1/4 of a turn left to turn it, so I gave it a little extra. I've seen people install the delta and use the nozzle as a wrench in videos on YouTube! I tried to tighten it with a strap wrench, but it snapped! It almost appeared as if it hadn't been properly manufactured (again!). Joe, I'm at a loss for what to do.

BUT IT MUST BE INSTALLED BY A QUALIFIED PLUMBER. THE QUALITY IS AMAZING. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND IT.

I adore my potfiller, which I've found to be useful in more ways than I had anticipated. Everyone who comes over notices it and appears to be enamored with it. I'm grateful for this modern option because the champagne bronze was only available in Delta's traditional pot filler when we started our remodel. This is a perfect match for our trinsic faucet!.

I particularly like the fact that it can bend in either direction depending on our actions. We don't always fold it all the way back to the wall, preferring to leave it out a little--I'm not sure why-- After about a month, I had to adjust it because it looked crooked when folded all the way in. It quickly fills up, and we use it a lot more than we expected.

It's Delta, so it's more expensive (but not by much). It has yet to be put in place. The finish is similar to that of all Delta Champagne Bronze fixtures. I'll update after the installation is complete.
