Amazon originally advertised that my unit would arrive much sooner than when my order was placed (which was very convenient). While in India I had grown accustomed to the use of a bidet hose, which was important given the lack of toilet paper, etc. , so we installed them on four of our commodes. It appeared to be well-designed and easy to install, but there was one issue. The braided stainless steel hose from the shut off valve, except for the toilet connector, would not bend in a circle, which put way too much pressure on the tapered rubber washer, which could not seal properly against the new bidet valve. After installing the hose as instructed, the old rubber seal on the hose started leaking. I fortunately had an extra toilet connection hose in my plumbing supplies, so I used that instead of the original. (No leaks) shower spray on the bidet varies from gentler than usual at lower pressures (it gives a good clean, but it runs a little too much) to more forceful at high pressures (it cleaned well, but it flowed a bit too I have used the bidet several times and it's a very nice unit. One can comfortably keep clean while wearing this. Installation is very simple and the toilet tank hook helps you store it when not in use. A clean stainless steel design is extremely practical as it keeps the surface clean as well. You can easily apply a range of water pressure with the handle's good response. It feels quite solid for its price, especially since it came with a year's warranty.
