Don't forget to take care when Installation of the tub was a pain, but it looks nice. It was incredibly challenging to level the wide ledger so it did not pool water in any low spots in the ledge despite its attractiveness. Because the ledge of the tub is not supported by the tub itself but by a level ledger bird which is attached to the house studs, it was very difficult to install. The bathtub ledge is not perfectly level, and its metal and porcelain coating made for a difficult installation. It turned out that I had to pull out some cement backer boards to adjust the tub's ledger before tiling. That would be an absolute There was no way to contain the silicone sealant, and it had a terrible smell. Try pouring a glass of water onto the ledge before installing to make sure the majority of the water runs down into the tub adequately so that pooling will be prevented and/or minimized. Hopefully other installers will have the same luck as you. As someone who does lots of home renovation, I have installed a lot of tubs. This one was just very difficult and I wouldn't recommend it.
The person is light, strong, and looks good. This tub is the same size as a standard tub, but has an extra wide ledge (nice). If you are replacing a standard tub, you will have to move the drain and the faucet so that they are centered between the sides. At least 34" of space should be available in your alcove.
A quality product I installed for myself and for.
There is something very sexy about this The light is very strong. Your mama did cocaine lines in the 1980s, so it's white to you. This extra space is very important to me since I am 6'4" tall.
It arrived at the expected price and in good condition. I love it!.
The first tub I ordered had a manufacturing defect. The build company replaced it for me. Despite getting the second package, both were scratched and defective on the same side. Neither the shipping containers nor the contents of the boxes were damaged, so it must be an American Standard problem.
There is a description that says this tub is 34" wide, but it is not that large it is actually 22" wide Adding to the 34" reach in the back of the rack is an extra wide ledge. It took them 10 days to actually start the delivery of this item, which I ordered as a Prime member. I completely understand that not everything can be delivered in 2 days, but I was a little concerned about the timing of the delivery. It is unforgivable.
