Questions & Answers
What is included in the kit, such as an air compressor and hoses?
Having an inflatable bathtub made of high-quality polymer is a great thing We use a thick material that lasts longer than other materials. The bathtub in our house does not come with an air compressor or a hose to drain. Your support of HIWENA's products is much appreciated.
I received the patch kit and Polly bag that were missing. What are these? Where can I find them?
Returning it for a new one makes more sense to me. It is easy to return items to Amazon. To get a patch kit, just go to your local hardware store and ask for one
What happens when the layers of the tub are inflated individually? I would be able to fit it in my tub as long as I don't ?
You are correct, they inflate separately. There is a considerable amount of space in this tub. A standard bathtub might not be able to fit in it.
What is the effectiveness of the side drain? Would it drain easily if it had a drain hole? As a mother of two toddlers, I plan on using it every night. ?
I don't like how it works. The tub was so difficult to lift two separate times that I eventually gave up and bought a different tub that had a drain on the bottom because it was difficult to handle this tub. You are in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time!

Whenever I get in my tub, I feel so relaxed
As a disabled person, I live in an apartment with a walk-in shower, etc. , but I don't have a bathtub. It took me a while to buy it, but I just used it for the first time today and I like it a lot. Let the warm water soothe my arthritic body. **The vinyl had surprisingly little of that new vinyl smell. It is heavy gauge and has a lot more texture than you might expect. Even though I do not recommend it, I was able to blow this up with my lungs because I didn't have an inflater, but it wasn't too horrible. Once I utilize it for a few months, I'll update, but at the moment I'm very satisfied with it.
This is amazing! Due to his work, my husband and I travel in a fifth wheel travel trailer of 41 feet
Every minute of it is wonderful, except the shower is the only bathroom I have. I placed the water tub in front of my kitchen island on a tarp (just in case) and turned the sink faucet around to fill it. It is the best purchase I have made for a very long time. It was then the most wonderful experience to soak in it for hours. I used a submersible pond pump to drain it into my kitchen sink as soon as I got it ready to drain. I drained the bottle in less than a minute and it worked perfectly. Having a spare tub means no mess and no fuss. I'll buy a second tub just to have a backup. There aren't enough words to describe how much I love.

When I found the jackpot, I thought I was in luck
My attempt to drain it was unsuccessful. With this tub I have the perfect tub for my shower, it is easy to inflate, and it is quite spacious (I'm 5'4" and can easily sit up with my legs straight with plenty of room). The first time I took a bath in it, I felt like I was in heaven. when I tried to drain this tub, my world came crashing down. I was so frustrated by the side drains (instead of having a bottom drain) because the water was so hard to get Another attempt at a bath a week later came up with the same result (I spent about an hour each time, trying to figure out how to pump out the water). It seems to work so easily in my smaller tub with a bottom drain (it's just not as big, so I want to try this one out). The lesson we learned is A bottom drain is essential to an inflatable tub, and I will never buy another one without one. The draining problem is too bad because I love the rest of this tub, but the impossible draining situation means that.

It was used as the bath tub for a home birth-superior durability and heat resistance
For the purpose of a home birth, I bought this. We were able to fit it perfectly in our walk-in Using it as a bath does not cause me any problems. Furthermore, I am aware that this tub doesn't advertise itself as a birthing tub, so I can't speak to its efficacy as such apart from the fact that it was durable enough for me during my labour. '100 degree Fahrenheit) for long periods of time. This tub did not break and no holes appeared.

I have used this tub for only a few weeks, and it's moldy on the inside
I dried it completely by hanging it on a hook. My lungs filled up with mold when I went to blow it up.

Inflating it with an electric pump is extremely helpful
This is awesome! Put it out on the deck between blankets and towels (with thatched roof). I love it, and so does my daughter!.

It empties from the side
A tub empties from the side. My size of a larger woman, but I am short, and I fit in the tub well. What I did not like, however, was the fact that it only empties from one side. To do so, I had to drill a small hole on top of my drain in the bottom. Purchased a 3/4 inch drain valve plug from here and installed it. It had a threaded cap on the end. This is easy as pie. A quick and effortless drainage of the tub is now possible.
