It arrived nicely packaged and was flawless when I received it. In addition to that, this tub did not come with instructions. This tub has been wrapped in plastic and has a whole bunch of packing tape on it so when you pull it off, you'll find big brown sticky spots all over it, and you can't remove them with anything strong enough, otherwise the finish may be damaged. However, my coworker who heard me complaining about this suggested that I put a small amount of oil such as baby oil or cooking oil on it. Once I got home, I rubbed a little cooking oil on the spots and they immediately came As I said, there were no instructions on how to put the drain in or how to place the feet on the tub because there was no way to see them. It would be expected that after spending an enormous amount on something you would at least be given.

Great service and a great tub. The specialty company was going to charge me $1200 for one. I found a tub for hundreds of dollars less on Amazon at the last minute after looking on the site. There is a lot of strength in this. Although my husband had difficulty putting them on, I managed to do it. A few parts are missing

Our tub was nice, but we were missing a bolt that sealed off Since nearly a week ago, I have sent multiple emails to the company without seeing any I can't put the tub in yet as the bolt isn't a normal one, and I can't find another one.

It is a beautiful tub, but its fiberglass is weak

It looks beautiful in there! There are three to four layers of jell coating at 3/16 or 1/4 inches thick. At least some of the fiber strands are absent in the resin with the fiberglass structure about 1/16 to 3/32 inches thick. A crack appeared in the tub finish after installation, which led me to find out what had happened. Don't drop or handle by hand. When I went to repair it, I discovered the information above. It is great for a movie production or a play, but it is not strong enough to be used in the real world.

The whole thing is fantastic! It is a very nice pair of feet. The size and shape are both perfect. Two people did not have any problems lifting and installing the shelves. The standing faucet is on its way. This is a bathtub we would highly recommend.
