hansgrohe Bodyspray with Stop Upgrade 2-inch Modern Bodyspray in Brushed Nickel, 28467821

We already had two very old Hans Grohe body sprays in our shower, both of which had seen better days. Because of mineral buildup inside, they leaked badly and sprayed random patterns; I chose these because they were also Hansgrohe and the mounting matched what I had. I'm blown away. I like how the sprayers are made of soft rubber so that any mineral buildup can be easily removed, and how they can be adjusted and aimed rather than being stuck in place. Because I have a separate volume knob, I won't be using the "on/off" function, but it does work well. They were difficult to install because the instructions recommended using teflon tape (not included) on the pipe, which is impossible because the pipe is IN THE WALL by definition. Before mounting the sprayer, I used a small tube of plumber's grease to coat the threads on the inside of the sprayer (don't use too much!). ), and it seemed to work fine; additionally, I needed some large channel-size-related items. I had to use lock pliers to install these because my 10 crescent wrench was too small. Make certain you have a tube of silicone bath on hand. Shower caulk is also required because the area between the pipe and the wall must be completely sealed before the sprayers can be installed. Overall, if you have the right tools, this is a fantastic product.

Would give 5 stars if not for the fact that the start/stop jets are slightly less powerful than those found on body vettes all of the time. So this rating isn't meant to disparage the merchant, who was exceptional, but rather to warn others that it might be better to take all nonstop flights? I wished I'd had.
