The shower of our house has four of them. Control valves separate them as separate parts of a system and switch them on and off as needed. This is the same as a shower head except it is A switch for turning on and off the spray head is not present.

I've owned them for two years now. It is good to have I find their approach to be a little less forceful than I would like, but over all I am satisfied with it. One of the things I don't like most is that the construction crew took off the sprayers and left behind a small cosmetic ring after they were working on the shower. The three body sprays I ordered had brown centers, and the one with a grey center came with a brown. These body sprays were very pleasant surprises (we bought 2. are under great pressure and look great all the time. You can definitely tell when you pick them up that they're made of a solid material. There's no doubt about it! I found the sleeves a bit tricky to install because of the way the spring holds it in place, but they didn't threaten to take away a star. The shower stalls were extremely comfortable for me and I would recommend them to anyone looking to remodel their shower.
The new shower we installed has three of these. My heart melts at the sight of I love the way they look and how good the pressure is. Showers are a lot fun when you're in one!.
