It was excellent service. I bought the shower combo in November and installed it in January but didn't complete the bathroom until February. Since then, we've used it very little since it's not in the main bathroom. The first three times the water pressure went out, and then the water just stopped, which makes me wonder whether the pieces of the wall have been damaged It is possible that it was just a problem with the shower head, but I would have liked a little more spending money to avoid
After speaking with the seller they sent me a new shower head and it arrived the next day after I was told it was on its way. I installed it and it seems the new one is of better quality compared to the first one which had a different item number.
This rain shower faucet is wonderful. I was afraid I would not like it, but my husband insists on using Our first part was not quite right, but we contacted them, and was able to get a replacement part shipped immediately, which was the finishing touch before the bathroom renovation was completed. After renovating my house i was disorientated where to buy a shower head so after couple weeks I decided to purchase this product after seeing its pricing and reviews. Overall, I am always excited when it is in use and I have not had any trouble with it.
The rainfall shower head can be adjusted easily, but does tend to drip if not adjusted perfectly immediately after use. It would be 10/10 if you would recommend it.
You need to be careful, the shower head Water drips from it at night, and it rains Wet shower floors are a constant in my house.
It looks just like the picture.
I find it to be very good product. The quality is phenomenal and the price is very reasonable.
