This is a good product. It was very fast to arrive. To leave no damage to the legs, each was individually wrapped, which pleased me a great deal. Their solid wood finish is shiny and they are made from solid wood. My project, an 8 Cube Organizer for children, was the perfect height, as advertised. Along with giving the organizer a more of a furniture-like look I also used them as an obstacle between the floor and organizer. These screws went in with no problems involving the screws, and they tightened to the base tightly. These are items that I would order again without a doubt. It's true, we are no longer as youths as we once were. It felt like my trusty old sectional sofa was getting lower and lower up to my knees. There had to be a One set of the sofa legs was ordered so I could try them. It is amazing! It's amazing how much difference a little extra height makes. I used the threaded bolt and it worked like a charm There were no glitches or rough spots to speak of The legs were secured tightly and securely with screws. There is no finish on the bottom of the leg. In order to make sure the sofa components could easily slide on the carpeted floor, I purchased 1 1/2 inch furniture sliders and screwed them on the bottom of the legs. I did not face any problems during this process, and it worked flawlessly. There were marks on the bottom of each leg (possibly left over from the lathe used to turn the legs) that made it easier to center the legs. The couch we have is low profile, a purchase we made As a result, we had to deal with a low level of them. Since my fiance is tall, he couches at an awkward height, causing his knees to hurt. My Ikea 3-foot table is in need of replacement legs, so I ordered these 6 inch legs A Karlstad couch that seats two people. Because the wide end of the leg is wide and not fully screwed in, it couldn't be fully seated I screwed the leg in as tightly as I could over the couch cover (which wasn't easy, I needed a friend to help), but there was still about 1/4 inch of space between the base of the leg and the couch, which caused it to wobble and be extremely unstable. If I had wanted to get a tighter fit, I could have cut around the fabric on the couch cover, but I did not want to alter it. My Ikea couch was not a good fit for these, but they might work with other types of furniture.
